I completed my training in August and started to work as an a Health and safety auditor. Then I was apportioned as a produce department manager then after three month I became a grocery manager. I also work as an acting assistance manager.
Pros: Promised opportunity but salary remains the same.moved up to position but salary remains

Good working place
I enjoyed working with them as I was doing my best to the company.Helping customer and knowing the exact same problem you are dealing with.The management was great and the environment was good to work with/for.Handling customer and making sure that they are satisfied and also knowing what to expect from them.

Typical day
Typical day is drawing up invoices on excel and using Microsoft,do stock take, draw up a balance sheet, phone clients and send out ordes, all of the administrative work. I have learnt everything that I know on the computer which I am extremely grateful for. I enjoy drawing up invoices the most. There isn't really any challenges because every task given to me I have overcome it. with my co-workers we get along well inside and out of the working environment. Excellent learning and preparation for higher purpose
Preparations for daily operating, checking all promotions, enough staff to give customer service and checking my rate of sales and invoice signing. I am conscious leader so I relay on honesty and trust to communicate with stuff. The most challenging aspects of my job is for a company that is not operating on its culture and value. The challenge is giving me adrenalin in my position.

Great learning experience,
The food lovers i worked for was bad . I dont know a out other food lovers markets but the one I worked for was really bad the boss mistreated us fined us a huge amount from our salaries I ended up getting 1k which it was for transport only and it was really bad??

My typical day is to get as much done as possible and have all products available and priced.
my typical day is to get as much done as possible and have all products available and priced. I get along well with all types of people, personalities and races. i have learned to work for what you want, nothing comes easily. i love working with people and are always up for new challenges. the most challenging aspects is to make sales with good profit.

Good place
They don't promote staff, no transport ND we knock off late.. No chairs for cashiers they stand on their feet until they knocked off.. Wat I like about the company is the service, fresh food

Great place to work
Friendly staff and customers, atmosphere is really good, management is a little harsh but that is part of the job. Long hours make it impossible to have a work/life balance.
