Ther are no opportunities for one to grow and it doesn't challenge one abilities. I organize the order, load the truck then deliver the order without an assistant then offload the orders at their destinations When finish with the deliveries help out in the store by packing the shelves in the shop and other general work needed.

No growth in company
No growth in company No time off Co-workers constantly victimize staff No gratitude or overtime money for going the extra mile Not enough hours in a day to complete what company wants No solid contracts given No lunch hour taken yet deducted

Good Learning curve
1. Typical day would be to sort out staff issues, dealing with customers and assist in admin or front end.2. I do have a good relationship with the staff by always being open and honest with them in return I get honesty from them and believe in confidentiality.3. I have learnt a lot in how to deal with different people and it is not always easy as long as you stay true to yourself and be a diplomat in matters. 4. I enjoy the craziness of some people and that not everyday is the same.5. The most challenging in my job is desciplinary procedures , depending on offence or behaviour.

Oppertunity
positive fI am always on time, start by planning the day ahead. I do work well with my co-workers and they always want me to stay at their store as I do shift between stores often. I enjoy and appreciate so much if a customer gives positive feedback, so my mission is to always keep the customer satisfied. eedback, so my mission is to always keep the customer satisfied.
Pros: Great opportunity to move out of a store, but stay within my field of expertise. I would love to also learn another section in my field

Relations with co-workers good Management maintains double standards Most challenging aspect is not being compensated for extra duties and not being considered for promotion or market related increases.

Execellent experience
I started to work as cashier ; then I got promoted to be till supervisor and cash office clerk.I got another promotion to be admin clerk.and n receiving stock

Good communication skills with effective production
Good leadership skills as brought team work skills towards the company, exceeding customers expectations daily basis as we want sustainability. Joining the teams as good impact because of high pressure everyday which it's maintained easly and accurate having me as part of your employees would be a good thing towards the company gain because am effective an productively day by day

Fast leaner
its really an experience that i have gained here at food lovers market,i get along with everyone,some of my collegues would say i have lot of galfriends at work,it isreally a joy to work here only if the money was good,i would miss everyone i work with if i have an oppotunity to work somewhere else,i have learnt customer service and dealing with different kinds of moods,what i enjoy most about my company is that every body here want a piece of me and i help everywhere i can whole heartetly,the most challenging part of the job is when everyone is standing infront of me for their prices as i do prices
Pros: i do promotion prices which i love because i get the promo phamplet before everyone else does
Cons: we do work long hours but what i can say a job is a job you need to do whats need to be done
