No growth

Upper management is family based and abusive toowards their employees. The work in its self is competitive and i enjoyed it. Although the management style of the store and regional managers is nothing more than creul and not suitable for a professional enviroment. The staff do their best and the store was second in the region but the staff is still being broken down.

Pros: growth limited
Cons: work 6 days a week from half past 6 till 19:00

Oppertunity

positive fI am always on time, start by planning the day ahead. I do work well with my co-workers and they always want me to stay at their store as I do shift between stores often. I enjoy and appreciate so much if a customer gives positive feedback, so my mission is to always keep the customer satisfied. eedback, so my mission is to always keep the customer satisfied.

Pros: Great opportunity to move out of a store, but stay within my field of expertise. I would love to also learn another section in my field
Cons: Work for more than 12 hours, every single day of the week, public holidays, Saterdays and Sundays

HARRD WORKING

working at my previous company was fantastic,,I really enjoy helping the customers.my relationship with my co-worker was perfect nd I learnt a lot from them.nd I'm willing to work hard nd learning more things,,I enjoyed every moment.

Good working place

I enjoyed working with them as I was doing my best to the company.Helping customer and knowing the exact same problem you are dealing with.The management was great and the environment was good to work with/for.Handling customer and making sure that they are satisfied and also knowing what to expect from them.

Good

Working long hours.,the relationship with coworkers is very good, I've learned not to trust anyone because betrayal is always there, I've enjoyed serving customers some of them are very nice but some are rude they come with their stress and insult you but I've learned not to personalize everything.

Great learning experience,

The food lovers i worked for was bad . I dont know a out other food lovers markets but the one I worked for was really bad the boss mistreated us fined us a huge amount from our salaries I ended up getting 1k which it was for transport only and it was really bad??
