Excellent learning curve
I have worked at Exxaro for 8years. Started in 2008, after I finished my matric. I have learnt alot and people were always willing to assist. They given me an opportunity to develop myself. It was a good working environment. We worked 8 hours in a day and we're not working in weekends.

Possess competitive and exceptional experience in General Management and Project Management in the Private and Public Sector. I’ve been exposed to Project Execution (for Sasol Synfuels & Mining) for 5 years where I gained competitive skills. I have experience in Project Cost Management & general day-to-day finance duties; Communication and event planning. Also a member of the Internal Auditing Panel. With a great drive to Excellency & Improvement, I am empowered to grow and contribute greatly towards the success of the Organization. I am an ambitious and keen to tackle problems and resolve them to the satisfaction of the Organisation. Being an Assistant entails being pro-active, in this case you need to smell the coffee before it is brewed. I am also open minded to resolve any situation in the organisation and not only focus on my scope of work. I am a team member.

I am a Friendly, well mannered and intelligent young lady. Hard working and performs work meticulously. Adapts to situations as and when required with integrity and no hesitation, reflecting disciplined cultural mannerisms. Highly adaptable to all tasks with a quick learning ability. Excellent team worker, with a very high value structure. Driven self managed person that takes ownership of anything presented and requested from. I have a Positive and friendly attitude. I am currently working as a Project Administrator at Exxaro, on contract bases. Some of my duties comprise; working on SAP (Placing Requisitions, Placing reservations, searching for material numbers, etc.). Working as a Commissioning Administrator. Loading of Documentation (SharePoint). General Filing. Working with Data Packs. Keeping Safety file up to date. Scheduling meetings. Taking Minutes. General Paperwork. And perform a variety of administrative duties by using Microsoft Office.

My development at Exxaro
My development at Exxaro has been an excellent experience through the skills in the environmental and engineering field. »»Environmental field; I have been part of the SHEC department, learning about the different legislation applicable to Health, Safety and Environment in the mining industry and being able to implement those legislation through Standard Operating procedures and creating KPi s. »» Project Administrator; I have acquired skills of organising meetings, site visits document control of a project, time management and client orientated services.
