It was great to work in Europcar rental

I move cars from one branch to another and to customers. I have a good relationship with my co-worker. I have learned customer service to this company.i enjoy the work that I was doing. The challenging aspects is when customers refuse to sign claim form when they damage cars.

Great company

I am currently hold the position of Regional Sales Manager for Vehicle Replacement and Special Projects at Europcar. I manage a team of Sales Specialists who are responsible for maintaining existing customers, mining within existing customer base in order to increase revenue and acquisition of new business. The Vehicle Replacement channel, deals with contracts we have with some of the largest Insurance companies in the industry. I have been in the sales environment for over 12 years in various segments like FMCG, Cellular and Car Rental. I have experience in maintaining existing customers and ensuring identification of potential opportunities for additional business. New business signing up. Ensure customers are kept up-to-date with all products & services available. Ensuring highest level of service excellence is provided and building of strong and solid relationships to ensure the customer is a long term customer.

I am a hard worker, cope well under pressure. I have dealt with difficult customers. Collected on most difficult book which is the SADC region . Worked with different people from different countries

The cicompany was great and eduxated me , sometimes its good to say no and always remmember that you need to make cost effective decions for the business to make revenue and maintain compliance as well as standards. Typingalizing

Excellent learning experience

Typical working hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm, relationship with core workers was a strong working teamwork, working independently most time to reach targets markets
