Working under pressure
Working in the car rental industry is pressurized. Every day we learn more about the different cultures as I meet many travellers. Customers service is foremost importance. I love developing staff and daily I take the time out to teach staff. I believe if we train and develop staff they give off their best in the position they appointed at. I love worked in a fast paced environment, I'm very organized and thorough with my job and duties. The challenges I faced was It was the difficulty of advising a client they are responsible for damages on a vehicle.

Good learning curve
It is a great thing to work there and I get to learn something new everyday, the relationship I have with my co - workers and my boss is great. I am currently looking for another job for growth purposes. I enjoy working with different people and getting to learn more about new things everyday.

Excellent learning curve
Its a nice envoronment, coworkers are friendly, and the customer are not so difficult, indeed a great career development field. I would recommend the company to anyone, it is a great day each day, you learn new things everyday.

- Providing day to day end user support and technical support. - Computer hardware and software repairs. - Basic network troubleshooting. - Active directory. - Managing Service configuration center management. - Providing printer support and setting users on printers.

Experienced, Innovative, dedicated, friendly and efficient
As an IT Systems Support Engineer, I am responsible for monitoring, maintaining and upgrading the computer systems and networks. My day to day responsibilities included installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and application problems and overseeing the smooth running of computer systems and programs whilst ensuring users get maximum benefits from them
Pros: ? Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

Customer service urgent
It was great pleasure working for my previous employee I learned alot since I started working with them. I gained lots of experience regarding customer service, clients complain, feedback and supervision of the drivers

Shuttling internationals and making them feel welcome and make life convenient
Transporting huawei technologies staff to sites and offices then later on to their doomatries. And we transport same people mostly on shuttles and that makes our job easy cause clients can now relate to us easily... As we also learn how to greet them in their language...but sometimes its not easy as we know traffic in this country has always been a major problem but we always try to be early at our pickup spots.
Pros: work at our company has a great chance of growing employees from driver to office department depending on how willing you are.
Cons: long unpaid hours....no annual bonuses

Good learning experience
my view of working at the company was not entirely a haply one but it has given me experience of what is like to work in an enviroment where one has to do admin duties and secreterial duties all at once. I taught me different things but i was difficult to work in an overloaded environment while the company was short stuffed with lunch breaks in between work. As draining as it was one had to endure. Though i enjoyed the customer service part as i was good at it, It gives me great pleasure when a customer lives with a smile and a good service has been provided.

It was great to work in Europcar rental
I move cars from one branch to another and to customers. I have a good relationship with my co-worker. I have learned customer service to this company.i enjoy the work that I was doing. The challenging aspects is when customers refuse to sign claim form when they damage cars.
Pros: the was a great opportunity to grow with and within the company
