Coming to work on time. Meeting deadlines
I am always ready and willing to learn. Work place has no growth so I want a better offer. I have been working for 5 years and I have been doing the same thing ever since. I have learned a lot about myself and how the finance department interlink. Our team is fun we are a team of 10 members, we like making jokes and working hard. The challenge about my job is that my manager has favouritea and doesn't lead by example.

Im a hardworker,very pantual,pay more attention to instructions,good communication skills
typical work of the day is to clean the cars in the inside,to vacuum them,during my work i have learnt to drive a car,to take challenge in every aspect i come i cross in the work place,i like to walk as a team or independentely where neccessary.working long hours without payment.

Review summary
It's a good place to be,daily duties are different everyday day,since we are working with different customers daily,sometimes it's a longest day.sometimes it's normal day,we also have some day offs,I have learnt a lot including how to work using an app,using GPS,working with somebody you have never meet in your life who is from another country,Very good relationship with my co workers,I enjoyed meeting different kinds of people from all walks of life,and experiencing the kinds of food they eat,how is their behaviour towards our black nation ,the most challenging aspect in this job is we don't receive bonuses in December,we are not paid overtime hours,we are not paid also our weekend as it is said in our contract

Learning more about ERP systems
Operations takes up a huge part of the business. The rest of the business is geared toward the operational side while financial systems and support does not get much attention.

Excellent Learning curve in the tourism industry
I deal with face to face incounters with customers whrre I have to check all vehicles that a being returned by coustomers as well as the ones they wish to take. The reason for doing is to identify if there is any damage in the car when it was returned or was the damage there before they took it. My relationship with my colleagues is good as we work as a team to help each other out to term cars and check all vehicles. Since I've been here I've learnt to provide a better service to customers as we deal with customers from foreign countries and they don't speak fluent English but understand enough to structure a sentence. I mostly enjoy meeting people from different cultures and interacting with them and finding out which part of country they visited. The language barrier is a bit of a challenge because it's not easily understandable but they try to make sense of what they are saying to you

I learn to obey all the road because we were punish of every wrong doing on the road
I have learnt that in life you have to be patient it's either on the road or off the road,because if not you will make a lot of mistakes,and you must also learn to work with people,you must be a team player and you must also play a role in the company

Honest, reliable and trustworthy person
Driving the client to and from work, going to sites,good relationship with peers. I enjoyed driving to different places and people each day. Time management I have owned it.

Build character, and confidence
I start my work at 6 o'clock, sign in ,collect key and pick up my first client and wait for the despatcher for my next client, if there is non i wait at the depot. I have build a good relationship with the despatch, cause i am alway eager to assist, my co work are easy to work with cause we face the same changes on a day to day basis ,i have never had any problems with them. To be on time is essential, to be flexible cause i deal with different people everyday, being patient, good communication skills. The foreign people i get to meet on a daily basis and thedifferent cultures we all have. The most challenging aspects, thre is no room for growth and development, i have been working there for 2 year with no salary increase.

Cons: Long hours not a problem (overtime would be a great motivation )

I have learnt a lot within a short space of time.
I have applied into my company as a card administrator a month later I was moved to creditors. This post it more deadline driven. We have been short stuffed but due to the team work and help from the FM we have manage to cope. This environment is more like family that co workers.
Pros: Exposure to more knowledge due to job rotation
Cons: Some roles are more challenging than others
