Skilled and fast learner

-i would like to work on a scrum team, with supportive team members who share information and we will help each other when one needs help. and i learn a lot with different companies when coming to how they approach their projects and how they do their business. And i enjoy working in an environment where one appreciate other's job if the person have done well. what challenges me is when working with people who always re do my work when i'm done, because it will damage my confidence.

Good

working at EOH is the best, i work well with my colleagues,I have learned a lot most importantly how to deal with clients and different kind of peoples. what i enjoy most is team building, working together as a team, meet our deadline etc. the most challenging part is when dealing with rude customers but at the end of the day we calm the custum down and make them happy.

AVERAGE LEARNING CURVE

WORKING HERE IS LOVELY STAFF ARE GREAT WE HAVE TEAM SPIRIT STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT NO SPACE FOR ERRORS AS WE WORK WITH PEOPLE'S SALARIES WE ONLY WORK WITH ONE CLIENT, THE CLIENT IS NATIONAL AND WE DEAL WITH THIS SPECIFIC CLIENT DAILY. THE CLIENT DOES NOT WANT OR LIKE CHANGES HAPPENING WITHIN OUR DEPARTMENT THAT MAKES THE PRESSURE FOR US UNBEARABLE SOMETIMES.

Trustworthy driver

I love to be on the road and do my deliveries some days then i'm early at the office to drop off Management staff and i learned a lot because i will have to sit and wait for them to finish take meetings my company have send me every 6 months out of Johannesburg and that sow me that they trust me because i went and represent my Company my passion is driving Thank you

I learned alot of things from the company

Each day i would look at new incoming calls attend to them do follow up with other team members who work on site , i would use telephones or emails to communicate with clients or team members.

Company based

My company is very educative, a perfect start of any career, mostly IT related career. it has a Humongous growth and intake of student and interns every year, which makes the hour stuff to grow rapidly.

Pros: A forever growing company with plenty of opportunity

Good learning curve

I work 8-16:30. On a typical day I get to work, sit with my colleagues to plan for the day ahead. We then get on with whatever we need to do for the day. We keep communicating to get ideas and check progress on work we are doing. My relationship with my colleagues is professional. We treat each other with respect and communicate in a friendly and professional manner. I have learn how to work on different systems. Learnt how to work independently and how to take lead. The most challenging aspect is going around making sure you get all the information you need to have something done successfully. You need to be persistent at times to get things that you need

Cons: Short contracts to clients i.e. 6 months - 1 year
