Great exposure and for career growth.

I look after the Learning Management Solution, give access, support and server configuration. I also do service desk training for new employees and client intake. Also assist in transitioning of new clients and perform administrative duties. I have a great relationship with my co-workers and our seniors and i enjoy doing training and providing support every now and again. The most challenging part of this job is when i am required to look after the server, providing support and doing the training at the same time.

Pros: Great learning opportunities.

Hardworking and trustworthy

I am a hard worker, reliable and trustworthy, team player. During my times with Eoh I was a console operator but due to my experience and hardwork my manager choose me to be a team leader, also an acting supervisor during my supervisor s absence. I have learnt so many things not only in security also in customer service and administration.

Excellent learning curve

Working normal hours and getting along well with the team and management, I was given an opportunity to be a QA specialist even though i did not have experience but knowledge and understanding of what QA does. I enjoy that its a small environment and there is not much pressure from management. Some of the work required of me is not explained well or there is not much information in order for me to complete my task.

Execellent learning Carve

I am responsible and self- disciplined, and shows a great amount of integrity when it comes to sensitive or confidential matters . My Current Duties Create new employees, Reset password and unlock account using Active Directly. Set Up Emails and VPN for EOH Employees. To accurately resolve identified incidents and request and to meet average contractual SLA requirements. Effectively answering calls and ensuring that a QA score has met. Ensure that a minimum of 2 customers/ clients documentation/knowledge articles are updated accurately during required deadline. (Time line to be set and agreement made with staff member). To provide a complete and informed response on first contact to all customers. To provide comprehensive support to all EOHMS PS Contractual clients within the Operational Level agreement and to resolve tickets within the SLA as per contractual agreements and to improve customer satisfaction. Thanking you in anticipation.

I have been in the IT industry for over 14 years and. I am a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Administrator since 2008 and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) since 2009. And I hold the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certifications on All Windows OS platforms. I also hold the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCITP) and Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I) certifications. I pride myself on role as a trusted advisor and I’m ability to explain things to both technical and non-technical people in a way that makes them feel more secure and better understand their IT environment. I have taken an active role in training and mentoring employees and management. I’m ability to work to predefined and agreed upon goals and targets with limited supervision.

Excellent learning curve

It is very nice to work at EOH because they give you space to work independently and be able to deliver on your own . i have learnt to work alone and be able to finish projects on my own My most joy is team work most challenging is when deals not been closed and clients are not responding at an expected time
