The Best of Me
I Armandt Marais work at Emid and EOH Company To describe my typical day is to Manage my team to it's full potential to get the best out of them and creating a positive working environment to work in. Relationship with co-Workers Limits needs to be set in a work environment especially when working long and difficult hours. I have a really good relationship with co-workers good understanding of their requirements they need from me. I have learnt so much in the past years and still learning every day that you should never stop educating yourself. In the IT Environment Education is key and you need to stay on top of new technology and solutions The Most Enjoyable moment of my Job is That I am at a young age I am very experienced and have a deep knowledge of any environment i walk into. Most challenging is the working hours but you have to push hard and carry the load at all times to set examples and standards.

I'm a young tolented hard working person. Reliable person. I strave to do my best and I'm dedicated to my job. I love been in a peoples environment and I believe in team work. I love to travel and I don't mind relocating. As I'm a person who loves to travel.

Learning opportunities
it a nice company to work for, working at different sites and meeting new people , work with different people with different expertise . i have learnt a lot from the experts and technologies. i enjoy the consulting part, working with clients and flexible work hours. the work has a lot off pressure at time and requires responsibility and the ability to deal with change.

Greener pastures
I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. I'm keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile. I like to work in a team, but I am also comfortable working on my own. Like new challenges
I am a social person who likes outdoors. Challenges and great adventures, i would describe my normal day as reconciling billings, submitting and following up on claims, customer service, manage telephone calls, return feedback to customers. Updating systems. I adapt eastband enjoy colleques company.

Learning curve
I meet with business and do change requests CO workers are fine to engage with on work related matters I want to learn to be more than a 1st line consultant, I want to be involved in the development of the project till its final stage Meeting with business and they don't know what they want exactly but still argue when you try to raise possible solutions. Undecided Business personnel are difficult to work with. Rating Junior consultants less than R15000 per month is not fair as cost of living is too high these days and having to survive on a take home of less than r10000 is even more difficult. After working long hours with business the least thing one can look forward to is a salary that lasts the whole month. We parents and have families to provide for
