Vibrant environment

typical day at work is busy,voices everywhere. it's a call centre environment that is full of young vibrant people who have a can do attitude. the challenge is getting to convince members of our product and getting ahold of them. our success is closing queries and assisting member to the best of our ability.

Was my next challenge

I was fortunate in my career where I was in the position to take on large projects, which helped me to grow in my technical and personal live. I’m currently looking for my next challenge. • One of the biggest benefit where I’m working now, is that I can work from home. • I do travel to clients, and the company has supplied me with a petrol card. • I like to go to my clients to assist them. Over the years I have built up a repour with them, which gives me a good opportunity to assist them.

Pros: Working from home.

Excellent

My Experience with EOH is quite phenomenal, meaning the kind of wisdom one has acquired is outstanding, am able to work alone even under pressure, execute decision making under due time and learn to think out of the box even if options to allow. One interesting thing I've learned and still learning is growing up understanding the challenges are not there to crash You but to make You strong and I've also learned to work with multi cultures understanding how other people think and interact in corporate.

Excellent learning curve

I am the per son for this job as I do have a high level aof knowledge in the computer field as I have been in this industry for over 10 years. I would like to have the opportunity to show you guys how I. T department should be run in a new and dynamic way that will keep everyone happy. Coz working with end users sometimes can be challenging but I have the perfect way to make sure that the end user is always happy and satisfied at all times

Greener pastures

I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. I'm keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile. I like to work in a team, but I am also comfortable working on my own. Furthermore I have good soft skills, as well as communication skill therefore making it easy for me to communicate with peolple across all levels in the organization. I perceive this employment opportunity as a significant advancement in my career. Good IT experience

There are alot of skills development, high pressured enviroment, your focus is on building a career , the client service skills has to be excellent, you really just want the work experience and would look for other jobs just to earn a better salary.

Excellent Learning Curve

- Assisting Infrastructure Project Accounting team with the Expenditure Reviewing and Costing of all infrastructure expenditure of EC Dept. of Roads and Public Works, the updating of Lead Schedules, Commitments Register and Disclosure Note; - Assisting Asset Management Project (Clearing up of the Movable Asset Register, looking at additions, exceptions, location, category, custodians, etc. of assets, disposals, losses and donations, written off assets by HOD for example, etc.) within the Dept. of Roads and Public Works; - Preparation and Referencing of Audit Evidence Files; - Assisting the Department with Request for Information during Audit Period; - Stakeholder Management; - Monitoring of time spent on projects and updating dashboards, cash flow and budgets; - Progress Reporting; - Customer Relations; - Ad Hoc System Support

Learn every day new things

I have work for South 32 for 10 years, looking after a workforce of 315 employees. I have both Head Office and site experience. Last year August i decided to take the voluntary retrenchment package, i joined EOH as as a HR Consultant [contract basis]. i love working with all levels of employees. Respect all. I have learned that you need to treat everyone the same, no matter the level. Give your best and deliver.

Working with people

I work daily to ensure that members utilize and receive the optimal benefits of the product they have signed up for through various methods of engagement: - allocating campaigns to our call center four outbound campaigns -scheduling events resourcefully to allow events team to meet event targets and participation numbers -assigning various sms campaigns to address health and fitness topics for the month -Designing and implementing fitness challenges to keep departments and members engaged on the program engaging members is challenging but the trick is understanding the demographics and using that to your advantage to meet customer expectations and maximize the brand

Patience is key

on a typical day i get to answer the phone, assist with client queries at front desk. This usually happens during the day, i spent most of the day without any work which is demoralizing because if the phone does not ring reception is quite. When a client walks in i get excited because for a few minutes i get to help them and have a brief conversation. My relationship with my fellow colleagues is great. I have learned to be patient because we deal with peoples money, if they don't get paid on time or if they are paid less than what they were expecting you get to experience their wrath. the most challenging aspect of my job is trying to keep an angry client calm after they did not get paid on time. You have to learn to sympathize with them. A trick i have learned over the years is apologize, apologize and apologize. what ever you do, don't forget to apologize for your companies mistakes.
