It was challenging but worth an experience. Good work life balance and learning opportunity IDO EOH department is better compared to other companies Employee can change project after completing 24 months but again it depends on the project manager. However, IT Project Admin has helped the employee in such cases.

Good opportunity to learn as you grow

I am a team player, works well with people, I enjoy interacting with different types of people, getting to understand their strengths and weaknesses. HR has equipped with with understanding the values of confidentiality and loyalty. But all in all I enjoy being in HR as it allows me to be who I really am.

Pros: Learning new things everyday while interacting with people
Cons: Having to deal with unsatisfied workers

Exposure to learning and growing

I'm an available individual open to learning and growing in an organization, I bring all my skills and knowledge to the benefit of the company . I meet targets, work under pressure, pro active, keen to learn new skills and knowledge, able to work under pressure and deliver on time, most of the time I apply my interpersonal and communication skills among my colleagues to maintain a mutual relations and a clean team work

Pros: you get affiliated to a duty for a long time to an extent that you get slim chances to explore new frontiers.

Technical, software, software design, Web development and designs is my special While pursuing in Information technology and web with software development at GigaSkills training, I have developed skills in reverse engineering, computer forensics, networking and information security. This knowledge has enabled me to operate in Windows and Linux platforms and master multiple security principles. I currently work as Engineer., where I have been able to further strengthen my technical acumen. I have learned so much through out my career since 2009

I started my career in 2009 until now, since then ive learnt a lot, I understand the importance of users\clients. Ive grown so much in allowing myself to work with a team as well as an indivisual. My daily task were to assist ckients and perdorm FCR(first call resolution), loved a lot because it pushes you as an indivisual to learn new things things everyday, because technology keeps changing and so are issues which users experience. What I find challenging would be a quiet day, as I turn to be slowed down a bit, however I have managed to over come that by empowering my IT skills through the internet when its not busy(on a quiet day).

Cons: salary reveiws are not so good

Excellent service

I have good relationship to all colleagues, Learning each an every day, other materials they won't give us because we are the interns, everyday I make sure to understand all information and doing excellent work.

Excellent learning curve

My job is quit challenging because there's a lot of running around going to assist lecturers and students but as team we are able to nail it with my co workers .working here has challenged me as an individual because it teaches me to be able to work with other people and understand them as individuals I really enjoy seeing the job well done at the end of the day and the most challenging part of this job is having to deal with stubborn individuals but at he the end of the having to understand them and assist them when they need your help.

- Assisting Infrastructure Project Accounting team with the Expenditure Reviewing and Costing of all infrastructure expenditure of EC Dept. of Roads and Public Works, the updating of Lead Schedules, Commitments Register and Disclosure Note; - Assisting Asset Management Project (Clearing up of the Movable Asset Register, looking at additions, exceptions, location, category, custodians, etc. of assets, disposals, losses and donations, written off assets by HOD for example, etc.) within the Dept. of Roads and Public Works; - Preparation and Referencing of Audit Evidence Files; - Assisting the Department with Request for Information during Audit Period; - Stakeholder Management; - Monitoring of time spent on projects and updating dashboards, cash flow and budgets; - Progress Reporting; - Customer Relations; - Ad Hoc System Support

Excellent learning curve

I have a great team that i work with,always helpful.i enjoy doing my job and seeing clients happy..i have learn to work independantly.and i list enjoying driving to far distance clients.
