Computer Literate, Multitasking, Telephonic skills
new challenges, dealing with different character's, gained more experience ,They treat employees like grown-ups. They share information with employees, listen to their ideas (or better yet, actively seek out and act upon their ideas) and assume they are responsible enough to manage their own time.They see fun, humor and relaxation not as the enemies of hard work, but as its allies, it very important to work with such people that have respect and humanity for one another

Excellent experience building a top class IT firm
I am a go getter entrepreneur, and love managing businesses, startups, international vendor relationships by providing worldclass IT services and products to our local industry as well as countries across Sub-Sahara Africa. Companies I create is market leaders in there space with a market dominance of 90% plus in the region.

Really great company to work for
Great company to work for, looks after staff and cares. Gets it right both for project delivery and staff management The orientation was fantastic, with regular checkin on staff. Working with fellow professionals ensured there was a supportive learning environment.

IT Support
A day started with the tickets in the support bucket. Updating them when work was still ongoing. Assiqning of new tickets for either a fix when the LAN went down or a new request such as a new server build. Other tickets involved normal monthly maintenance items such as Antivirus updates to client desktop, laptops and servers and deployment of monthly security updates to desktop and servers. Request tickets in the form of new AD users, Exchange administration, on premises or in the cloud support. Tickets also come to our bucket when the client's IT service went offline such as the internet. We would liaise with Telkom when the WAN issues was on their side and update the client and ticket until the service was restored. Co-workers assisted where skills was needed. I enjoyed working with different clients as their infrastructure was all different. The challenging part was to know when clients was supported on premises that the project team migrated to the cloud.
Pros: I was exposed to IT infrastructure support both On Premis and in the Cloud.
Cons: There were times of long hours espially over weekends when on standby

EOH is the best company to work for, I have learned a lot since my contract stated but what I need is a stable job since I am working as an intern . I enjoy doing what I am doing because it HR I am very passionate about it. It little bit challenging because we deal will people some times they don't understand that we need to follow processes, we don't just do however I am always up for challenge.

Working at EOH
EOH is a very nice organisation to work for. The culture is somewhat healthy and they look after their employees needs, and are very flexible in terms of working arrangements and hours. However with regards to salaries they pay below the market.
