Great communication skills

I no longer work there but it was very great to work for that organisation i gain a lot as it was my first time working. We learned a lot communicating skills,conceptual skills and inter personal skills Because it was a part time job i had to go back to school at the end of the holidays

A great company to work for but not much opportunities for growth

A great company to work for with an excellent corporate working culture /environment. Because it a humungs entity there are no opportunities for growth. The company believes in empowering its employees by taking them to further their studies. They also take employees to short learning courses to broaden their knowledge.

the company is owened by people who are not giving their workers rightfully salaries They only hire mostly foreign nationals so they can over work them without pay... they do it to everyone

Learning how to handle adversity

I'd like to find a job where I know if I start planning to make my own family there will be opportunity presented in the company for me to work towards to enable me and my future life to prosper

Excellent leadership skills

Start at 5 am ,cash up night shift,balance shift and pump readings. Submit all figures to head office, do the days grv's , have staff meetings , make sure shelves are well stocked. Order stock that are short

In the industry the challenging part is the customers, but we all know that they have to be kept happy to come back.the co workers are ok,everyone understand what they have to do, with respect to each other as colleagues. I've enjoyed the wonderful people I've met
