Good learning experience

I am responsible for recruitment, talent management and succession planning of staff. I also do the headcount planning together with the analysis of where critical staff will be needed in the next 2 year business cycle of the company. I am responsible for all union negotiations where we negotiate around salaries as well as all working conditions matters for staff.

Life in General

I am an individual whom gets along with people, i was a radio presenter for over 10 years,and my experience has given me the opportunity to meet and greet and get along with people from all walks of life. A typical day at the office is very carm and concentrated , focusing on the to do"s for the day. The relationship with co workers is very simple and to point, i believe when its time to work we should work together to complete a days job, and i enjoy team players that have the same set as me, as we grow with together with the company on hand. In life i have learnt that in order to make ends meet in a company you would need to go out and find how its done, at the same time we meet people in our day to day life that knows something we don't we to should learn from them. I enjoy the working environment that has a lot of postivity and balance. After a days work music is my hobby . Challenging in a job, when things dont turn out the way you want... hence the pressure is on.

Daily Work day

I work on a rotional shift by-weekly and shift include 7.00 till 15:45 / 8:00 till 17.00 and 10:00 till 19.00. There has to be constant interaction between colleages to assist our client base with regards to placing of orders for petroleum or oil as well as assisting them with the maintenance of their facilities. It is important to keep that personal relationship with your customer on a proffesional level and handle all interactions whe ther via email/skype or telephonewith intergrity. The mood within the enviroment can become stressfull however we tend to handle it with not taking anything personal and can keep a light-hearter inter-personal relationship with one another. We laugh and stress together but in the end you feel empowered by another successfull day-and you learn constantly as the industry is constandly changing.

Pros: Excellent oppurtunity for growth and promotion as well as salary increase on a yearly basis as well as bonusses that are based on company progress
Cons: Dont take stressfull customers to heart when they are not doing well

• Reviewing of Technical documents. • Project document management, using the Petronas Project Management System. • Project management using workflow tools e.g., OEMS, DMS, Microsoft teams and strategic folder. • Capturing Minutes for meetings. • Scheduling, planning, and catering for meetings. • Drawing up Transmittals. • Managing, tracking, and securely sharing data with business partners e.g., via CoreWorx, OneDrive, eProcurement, and Spots. • Capturing the projects progress. • Performed heat and mass balances. • Writing Reports. • Technical Investigations. • Perform pressure surveys on heat exchangers to determine the pressure drop for design purposes. • Coordinating training courses.

Pros: Great working environment.
Cons: Not many opportunities to grow within the company.

Good company to work for experience otherwise no development

I have been working for the same company for 5 years and no development whatsoever. I even went out my ways to train for a higher level but no development

Great communication skills

I no longer work there but it was very great to work for that organisation i gain a lot as it was my first time working. We learned a lot communicating skills,conceptual skills and inter personal skills Because it was a part time job i had to go back to school at the end of the holidays
