Excellent leadership skills
Start at 5 am ,cash up night shift,balance shift and pump readings. Submit all figures to head office, do the days grv's , have staff meetings , make sure shelves are well stocked. Order stock that are short

My engagements at work
I plan and organize my weekly schedules. I would read emails and prioritize according to importance. I am a team player when one of the team members is not available I attend to the calls or queries concerning that member. I always take ownership of the tasks that I lay my hands on. I have learnt the importance of communication and collaboration. I enjoy transferring skills to the business users. The most challenging aspect of my job is to determine the users training needs. Users most of the time apply for training and only discover during training that this is not really what they should be trained on. Seemingly users don't understand their job roles and functions.

What I can bring to your company
I am passionate about working with people and seeing how the bottom line of the company expands whilsts the careers of people expand at the same time. I have concluded Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA's) in countriesoutside of South Africa with union who have members who are employed with Engen successfully where both parties interests have been looked at. I have acquired top talent all over the world via networking sources and have managed to ensure the development of our internal talent via our talent management process. I am responsible for the performance management process and have managed the calibration of the scoring process of all staff within the international division of Engen in all 15 countries where we operate.

Area Manager/relationship
I managing the relationship between Engen and the dealers or people who are running filling station. I am more like their CEO as they cannot do anything without my approval. I enjoy the role because I do my own planning everyday.

Learning curve
Working for Engen is the most exciting experience ever . It was my first time working at a gas station which I never thought I would in my whole life .I started as a cashier which I had to learn to work under pressure but continued to give the best service to customers and process payments accurately which is very important for the company. Two months later got promoted to work at the back office where I had learned somuch , ordering fuel, ordering inventory, capturing dips and invoices be able to handle customer complaints where it is necessary and having to do banking with banking solution company and be responsible for any thing in the site.

Very Good in GRC Access control
An GRC Access Control Certified individual who have more than 7 year experienced in SAP and LAN Authorization. I can perform SAP Authorizations across various SAP landscapes which includes Development, QAS and Production SAP client. I am deadline oriented and can fit well within a team. I am adaptable, lateral thinker, quick learner and very passionate about my job. I have an ability to handle large volumes of work in a pressurized environment where there are regular interruptions. I am self-motivated, team-oriented and have a strong sense of accountability and high level of attention to detail. Right now I would like to work for a company that will not only challenge me professionally but also allow me to develop my knowledge & potential further. I am looking forward to grow myself into a SAP Security Professional.
