I am a fast learner and i learn new things each and every day.

i learnt how to do filling,how to type fast and all admin duties. i have a good relationship with all the workers i enjoy my duties very well. the most challenging thing for me at work is when they teach you to perform other duties in hash way.

Pros: i learn different things,i work well with other co workers,i gained the experience in doing admin duties.
Cons: too much work at a short time.

Excellent skilled work

Cutting the grass using heavy machine ,clean the halls preparing the board room for meetings and doing other duties,co- workers where nice people what I have learn was working with a team was enjoying doing my job.

Pros: Greater opportunity to developed skills work
Cons: Good work hours it was 7 to 4

I was given the platform and I grew into a hard working Honest and dedicated person.

It was fun working there, comes with alot of challenges as we dealing with Testing of Licenses and Learners. U must always be observant for fraudsters. I am task driven and loved every moment of it. I am a peoples person and worked well under pressure. I had an open door policy and a good working relationship with fellow colleagues. At times I Had to jump in and do tests if running short. Interacting with different people made me grow even more as a manager

Good Learning

Relationship with my Co workers is great, My work day is almost busy all day especially month end . I have learned problem solving, My communication is very good and that team work is essential. I enjoy the process of generating statement when working. The most challenging aspects is when i had to deal with a difficult client.

Poor

Sometimes as an unemployed young person with professional skills, it's not easy to find your desired job even in the Municipality advertised posts. So working as a general assistant under projects from the Municipality doesn't go well with some of us as we feel like we are denied the opportunities by the Offices in our Customer Care Centers. I for one don't have any hope anymore because there's nepotism taking its toll on the Municipality, jobs are sold and lies are told being the bold as titled. My Municipality is being said to be maintaining a 100% Clean Audit but I'd have to disagree as that is some fabrcated lie.

Cons: stipends for worker(irrelevant since we signed contracts)

A good place to gain experience

I will make my self a nice cut of cofee before I start working .I will check email,fax and respond those email , fax and carry on with my duties for the day. My relationship with my co-workers was very good , we worked as a team. I have learnt to work with poeple , humble and deal with difficult clients. I enjoyed the experience that got and love from my co-workers . The most challenging aspect was when the system was off-line because can't help our clients .

Pros: they give you opportunity to gain expierance

Excellent learning Curve

I was an intern in Water and Sanitation, learnt all the municipality service delivery work. I learn office and administrative work, putting community as a first priority.

Learning how to put people first and applying customer service

Working for public sector was a quiet experience for me.it is a place where teaches you how to operate independently and also ensuring that your task are done in time.

Pros: Promotion are limited in public sector
