A typical day at work: 1. Very busy 2. Attending the clients queries 3. Solving consumers complaints Relationship with co-workers I have great working relationship with my co-workers, although we sometimes disagree but we always manage to solve it to create a positive atmosphere at work. Things learnt: To be patient, to be able to understand different people (believe system, personality). That being a leader is not to be always right but to listen and take advise from others. Improved communication skills. Things I enjoy the most is dealing with the impossible and turning it into the possible. Solving problems and helping consumers to the best of my ability. The things that challenge me the most is that following the company policy at the same token trying to show compassion and understanding towards our consumers. Explaining to them why certain things cant be done regardless of their situation.

Poor Earning
I work with Client on a daily basic, my supervisor shes like a mother I never had. when im not at work she will feel that the workplace is not complete. I communicate well with clients

I learn a lot about telephone and typing
i was documenting all information in a computer according to the standard operation procedure. my relation with a co-worker was good i learn different kind of languages course there many different cultures , i was working as a internship they teach me a lot of things.
Pros: i got one year experience and i have agreat opportunity to employed by the big company

Excellent learning curve
My job was a basic day to day data capturing.It was more of an environmental study through out.My co-workers were nothing less than a dedicated team players so,It was more than a pleasure working with them as there was a mutual understanding and respect when it comes to work.The challenges were mostly on field as there would be days of field work where data would be captured on live field.
Pros: The exposure towards the environment
Cons: Not much growth within the company

It is a good place to gain experience
My duties were printing statements , providing information to clients , explaining statements , providing admin support to my seniors .telephonic service , opening and closing water and electricity accounts . My relationship with co-workers was very good , I am thankful for their support . I have learnt to be humble , work effectively under pressure and to helping people . I enjoyed working there and gaining experience . when we are offline and getting difficult clients .
Pros: It is a good opportunity to learn

Great learning curve yet not ideal for someone who still wants to challenge themselves.
The best place for people who are on their road to retirement. Colleagues are mostly middle age, married individuals who aren't as competitive nor as dynamic and are mostly reliant on the system, policies and procedures to complete their assigned tasks. Being the youngest in the department makes it quite interesting in terms of coming up with ideas and completing tasks whilst tippy-toeing on the fine line between breaking and sticking to the rules. The lessons learnt here are invaluable and will serve me in which ever direction i take in life. I wouldn't trade my experiences here with anything in the world. The greatest challenge within the government sector is complacency. Most of our clients have personnel who've worked here for a number of years yet the level of productivity doesn't correlate with the years spent in that position

Great career exposure
a great place to start a career in town planning very informative and diverse exposure to the field of town planning in municipality level i have gained exposure to land use applications management of land uses and how the town planning scheme applies to development working with building plans and understanding building plans according to the town planning scheme requirements
Pros: great company to build credibility, and to learn

Keen to learn from my superior
I get along very well with my co-workers at work, I do not do typing job always but I am more to explore the Finance field and so far I've learned so much in terms of Finance, reconciliation, cash flow, assets management and phone manners. Last financial year I was assigned to purchase office furniture for the whole municipality offices and I found it very challenging but i managed to pull through.
Pros: I am ready to take any task comes to me
Cons: Some municipality workers don't do their task and that affect other workers

Emergency prepadness
Rendering emergency services to community in different types like responding to emergency calls in roads, treating the injured person, transporting them to local health facilities. Performing vehicle extrication if there is entrapments and also doing inspection to the hydrant to check if it works properly at residential and commercial areas there after record it and inform water department where there are urgent needed to service to those pipes.
Pros: To do the drills in order to make us to be ready to any action
Cons: 12 hours daily

Im looking for a job as driver
I Ntavhanyeni Erick Netshiongolwe age 32,I have started to work at freight logistics on 2010.After I did a learnship of code 14 driver on 2012 in VDS,after I went to cvds I work as driver in 2013 until 2015,I went to Bongani Rainmaker Logistics from 2015 until 2017,I went to Ekurhuleni metropolitan municipality I worked as driver it was a contract of three months.
