Excellent learning curve

I worked very well with my previous employees,we helped each other to deliver the in time I've learn a lot from my bosses the experience I had I'm quite sure it will put me to the greater nights. My challenge was when having a pile of work and I don't want to reach a deadline without finishing my work in that case I worked extra hours to make sure everything is in order I even go with the work at home to do it over the night the way I take my job so serious I enjoyed when we work as a team sharing the ideas and helping each other to do the best

Pros: Great opportunity to get promotion

The money is too little but im learning a lot

my company is a very big company that has three regions namely east, north and south. east region have nine customer care centres while north have four and south seven. all this regions have 101 wards in total. my company have many departments namely, energy, waste, communications, transport, water and sanitation etc. my company hires lots of interns in order to assist the with the experience but the money is too little

GOOD LEARNING

-RECEIVING INCOMING CALLS FROM THE USER -TALKATIVE AND FRIEND SHIP -HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMERS -HELP OTHER PEOPLE WHEN THEY HAVING A PROBLEMS WITH COMPUTER ,PRINTERS LAPTOPS ETC -BUT OTHERS THEY DON'T EVEN GREAT YOU THEY TELLING U NOT EVEN ASK I NEED THIS THING SO YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT

I'm an Assistant Electrician who does planned maintenance

I'm Assistant Electrician who does planned maintenance in a wastewater care company. I began as an apprentice, this gave an opportunity to learn and explore different mares of electrical apparatus and how they operate, how to maintain them for good conditions to ensure outstanding results or work done.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and teach.
Cons: Working with hazards

Working in key community service delivery environments at local government legal department

I have gained additional qualifications and almost complete MBA , thesis by June 2017. I work on various sectors and address Lefal Compliance, Contracts Management and Courts under my umbrella er er.

Excellent learning curve

My current job is a good platform to enter into the job market. It enhances my critical thinking, I get to interact with different people at conferences, meetings and co-workers. On a daily basis I come to work and start reading journals and preparing different chapter for my research report, I get to work with data, attend conference and colloquiums. I have learn to work strongly with a team because we give support to each other and other departments. I love the fact that the job is challenging and gets me to think harder, prepares me also for when I want to study further like Masters and PhD. I have learnt to be patient, to communicate well, to focus and work well under pressure, most important manage my time very well and be disciplined.

Pros: Good entry level job
Cons: No promotion opportunities

Excellent learning curve and more responsibility

I am responsible for capturing customers queries in to the organization system which the community ambassador's collected from the community, it has been a great experience working with a group of 18 people and i learnt managerial aspects as I was supervising them, I enjoyed delivering the quality service and while working hand in hand with the community, the biggest challenge was when the community come back to complain about the delay of the service delivery which the contractor haven't meant.

Pros: great opportunities of being involved in a management duties
Cons: Too much workload
