Learning how to put people first and applying customer service

Working for public sector was a quiet experience for me.it is a place where teaches you how to operate independently and also ensuring that your task are done in time.

Pros: Promotion are limited in public sector

Excellent learning curve

the company offers great promotion opportunities, work on a daily basis is both challenging and exciting. i get to interact with different departments. the challenges rests on the responsibilities i carry since i am responsible for the whole process an account takes from opening to collection and handling queries.

Pros: great job security
Cons: short staffed and under paid

I have studied N6 Financial Management at Ekurhuleni East College in Benoni campus

I have studied N6 financial management at Ekurhuleni East college in Benoni campus in 2015 which includes modules such as : FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING, MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION , COST MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNTING , COMPUTERISED FINANCIAL SYSTEM & ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.

Pros: I have enjoyed working under the departments mentioned at my covering letters, especially the team working and good relationship with my supervisors
Cons: The disadvantage of working as an intern is that the time you enjoy working with them is the time the contract is about to end that why i am looking forward to get a permanent job which will take me forever to stick on.

It is a good place to gain experience

My duties were printing statements , providing information to clients , explaining statements , providing admin support to my seniors .telephonic service , opening and closing water and electricity accounts . My relationship with co-workers was very good , I am thankful for their support . I have learnt to be humble , work effectively under pressure and to helping people . I enjoyed working there and gaining experience . when we are offline and getting difficult clients .

Pros: It is a good opportunity to learn
Cons: when the system is off-line

Not satisfied on what am working for

Working with people is the most important thing ive learnt in a working environment I can be able to share my ideas if I have new ones respecting one onother has become an aspect of what I think makes the work to progress faster I am happy with working hours as a student ive learnt a lot to do when am doing full time at work.

Cons: no tea breaks
