Excellent learning curve

I do all accounts queries,,and assist customer with payments even.doing sales,I love the environment I work under,,you get to under different people at once and staff is friendly , I have learners that we must respect people they way they are,we mustnt judge according to their looks,,and all customer must be treated equally the one who buys cash and those who uses accounts,,and now I have an excellent problem solving skill,very innovative I enjoy the environment I'm working at,,,,getting staff discounts,,,and we mostly makes target for the day The most challenging aspects is fraud nd disputes ,they are very challenging Cz have to extra careful ,,even if u are bt still they is fraud dat you don't know how,,,nd the most challenging is that there is no growth at Edgars

Learning curve

Good morning I will like to avail myself for the post as I believe I come with high level of skill that can be beneficial to the company. I am also a fast learner and always willing to learn you ways of doing things I have attach my cv also on scale of R15000  but if company is offering training to upskill myself don't mind dropping the salary Regards

Excellent learning curve

Working at Edgars have given me a chance to get out there and do what I'm best at and that is giving my customers the best experience they can have within the store, I work with amazing people at Edgars working with the people I dowill as thought me how to work well withfor othere and build a strong relationship with them. The difficulty when working in retail is customers when they are upset but that isn't a problem for me as I know how to make a customer smile again.

Opportunity to learn and grow

Teamwork is good with staff Learn new things everyday in different department I've to be multi skilled not to concentrate on one department. I've enjoyed the activities we do to make a workplace to be loveable and enjoyable to be at work.The challenging part of my job it was not being recognized.

Quick learner, work on fast paste looking for more experience

Getting along with all employees shows caring and know how to work as a team. Learned how to work and manage with customers, always up for new challenges and how to manage all stock. Customers is my main priority always and enjoy helping and services them. Wether it's a difficult customer. Love organising everything in order. The most challenging aspect was always knowing how to multi task everything at ones but it gave me great experience managing it. Many might say it is alot of work but not for me, it helps me focus more on the job then anything else.

Learnt a positive attitude

It was so exciting to work at Edgars, Edgars staff was very friendly from managent to my retail associates and we were a team that worked together, we were like family. I've learnt alot at Edgars from how to engage with the customers to being customer centric and to be friendly towards the people that were paying my month to month salary which are customers because without them there would'nt be any jobs for us workers. I enjoyed every minute I spent at Edgars because I had a great times with my team which won't fluarish any time soon, And we had our ups and downs in the business but through it all we stood together to try and make turn overs by engaging with our customers.
