Reconciliation of daily,weekly,monthly figures Doing makeovers I have learnt good customer care/service I enjoyed good team work The most challenging part is not being taken for some training and there is no personal growth

I love working with customers. The field I woirk itmakeoversmakeovers help me learn alot about different personalities and how to approach people. Doing facials and makeovers is something I love. I have a good relationship with my co workers. The most challenging part of my job is my competition. The different counters. Because not every customer loves a speciific thing. The culture and vision
Great opportunity to learn and develop self and othérs. Had the opportunity to work in different chains in the company. The company value their employees. Disadvantage is working long hours and being called out after hours.

Great Employer
Very intense and high-paced environment. Co-workers are easy to get along with if one's emotional intelligence is high. Learnt all I need for my future ventures as the company makes provision for those who are able to be humble yet firm, kind and passionate about the company's objectives. Most challenging aspects of the job have been to know one's boundaries between personal and professional life as there is always the risk of losing sight of one or more aspects of one's life - Failure to do so could cause one to focus too much on work and too little on loved ones. This mismanagement of time could be to the detriment of one's personal life. Really loved the way in which the organisation helped you mitigate boredom by allowing you to move from one role to the next at just about the point you've learnt all you need to know within the existing role.

Excellent
A customer is always right, as an employee i must make sure that customers leave the store satisfied. Dealing with different customers is difficult because their not the same, some of them they are calm some are noisy & very difficult to deal with. Working at Edgars thought me how to deal with customers, how to work under pressure and how not to let noisy customers spoil my day.
Pros: The advantage is that you learn how operate the system.
Cons: Disadvantage is that working at Edgars is strenious.
