Dealing with difficult customers. No team work. Enjoy gift wrapping and getting tips. Meeting different people everyday some understand your line of duty, chatting with them as well.

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot from the company, it has taught me about insurance claims, how to sell insurance, how to do customer service, switchboard and admin. We always worked as a team to achieve goals and made fun activities to achieve our goals. The challenge I have with the company there is no growth and the money is too little as am a single mother.

Excellent Growth in different departments.

Working at Edgars has always been exceptional.The atmosphere is great and working as a team has always been a top priority. My relationship with my co-workers has been outstanding .since I have joined the cellular department we have made some great results in terms of sales. I have learnt a lot working at Edgars to mansion a few; Commercial awareness, Working under pressure , Working in a busy team,Time management and Problem-solving. I enjoy working with people and customers , they always have something to teach you. The most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with difficult customers. All in all I have enjoyed working at Edgars and am ready for growth.

Pros: Great incentive.
Cons: Working during public holidays.

Working long hours but the salary is less and that is very discouraging. I enjoy working there because I love customers and making sure that they live the store happy

No learning curves

Reconciliation of daily,weekly,monthly figures Doing makeovers I have learnt good customer care/service I enjoyed good team work The most challenging part is not being taken for some training and there is no personal growth

Learn how to approach people. Callenging part is competition. It takes alot to guide a customer

I love working with customers. The field I woirk itmakeoversmakeovers help me learn alot about different personalities and how to approach people. Doing facials and makeovers is something I love. I have a good relationship with my co workers. The most challenging part of my job is my competition. The different counters. Because not every customer loves a speciific thing. It takes alot to guide a customer when she I love working with customers. The field I work it help me learn alot about different personalities and how to approach people. Great opportunity to learn and develop self and othérs. Had the opportunity to work in different chains in the company. The company value their employees. Disadvantage is working long hours and being called out after hours.

Great Employer

Very intense and high-paced environment. Co-workers are easy to get along with  if one's emotional intelligence is high. Learnt all I need for my future ventures as the company makes provision for those who are able to be humble yet firm, kind and passionate about the company's objectives. Most challenging aspects of the job have been to know one's boundaries between personal and professional life as there is always the risk of losing sight of one or more aspects of one's life - Failure to do so could cause one to focus too much on work and too little on loved ones. This mismanagement of  time could be to the detriment of one's personal life. Really loved the way in which the organisation helped you mitigate boredom by allowing you to move from one role to the next at just about the point you've learnt all you need to know within the existing role.
