Excellent customer service
I am the only head cashier in the store ,I am working under pressure especially now that is a pick trade but I love and enjoying doing my job.I do help at the customer service at times to do customer queries.I learned a lot about customer service ,you must be professional, greet the customers ,be calm and by saying goodbye warmly. I also enjoying working with the customer service staff because they are all team players.
Pros: I worked from stockroom,cashiers and now I am head cashier but looking for more challenge
Cons: I do not mind working overtime hours

Im a hard work n can easily adapt to change, team play and good leadership qualities lead to my good cv. Self driven and dedicated in all organizatioal efforts. Able to work under pressure and laise with customers and staff in a good respectful manner. Communication skills that help maintain good friendly customer service.

Good experience gained
I was given an opportunity to work in all departments, and being promoted to all this department gave me more knowledge and skills. Learned to work hard no matter what. Problem is low salary

Excellent working with team and individual
I have learnt a lot in customer service.dealing with different customers everyday.open credit accounts.doing sales and stock take.good relationship with co-workers.I have learnt a lot in customers that there are always right and we need to we'll being of what you selling.

Lots of experience
I have gained a lot of experience working with edgars but I feel that I am being underpaid with all the duties that I am doing.Its sad because we are working very well together as a team but it's really not nice when you work your buttom off and a vacancy is opened than new people from outside apply for the job and gets more than your salary is think they should look at there own employees first before taking a employee from competitive.

To be friendly with customers all the time
Its great working with people customers and co workers we always have an understanding with each other my co workers are like my friends at most times we advice each other when the other is slacking. Ive learnt a lot especially on how to treat customers and co workers treat them with respect and dignity What i enjoy the most at work is doing makeovers seeing that bright smile on a customers face it makes my day...the most challenging part about my job is sales so for that we create an event or make special discounts and give away free gifts

Hard worker n very passinate
The company that I'm currently working for has policies and procedures,rules and regulations ...the fore I am groomed and thought to be professional and be able to work as a team and be a people's person . I have learned that in life we need each other and I am who/what I am today because of other people, respect is the key to make it in life. I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things everyday. We come across some challenges and difficulties when the are no customers but after all we come up with solutions and together we overcome challenges.
