Excellent

A firm must be organised not base position on race or gender all people must be treated fairly. And incentives must be given to deserving candidate. No extra hours while deadline are still far unless otherwise a user volunteers in that case it's employee choice rather than being forced to do so.

Not a great learning curve

I'm a hard worker, I work long hours. I'm young and ambitious. I have more than 3 years experience in logistics. I've got matric certificate and computer skills. I'm driven and dedicated to my job. I love my job, I've got what it takes to achieve my goals. I love studying and learning each and every day. I respect my colleagues, I'm a team player. I have 3 years experience with dsv.

Great company

Well being working under Dsv company it's good, I have learned a lot especially the places we delivering to, and we work like normal hours, weekend off that's wht I like the most even though I don't mind working on weekends

Management strategies

Initiative and creativity is my personal preferences in any work environment under very strict measures and extension of time whenever required. Multifunctional cultural relationships tights up my work relations with my workers to work uniform under no challenges to enable work strain simple and functional under no difficulty. I have learned to a lot in working togetherness as a team thus nothing is complex and to either train the employees does help during the possible absenteeism to recover the space immediately without seeing any gap for the absence period. Getting challenges is my enjoyment at any work environment as whatever resolved first time won't under no circumstances be forgotten as a part of an advancement in career oppotunity.

If I'm at work I'm learning everyday but I'm a hard work take anything on that comes my way

My time working at DSV was a great experience I've learnt everything about logistic warehousing transportation and service DSV that's 12 different divisions and they are world White Company what I have learnt at DSV is always to keep your client happy provide him that the best service

Good working skills

AAt DSV I am a truck driver that delivers cargo and I enjoy driving my work schedule, I have a healthy relationship with the co workers and the superior. I have learnt skills and the work schedule I do there. The most challenging thing is the amount I earn it's not covering my daily life expenses and budgett DSV

Excellent vast experience

I am a dedicated person and hard working . I a had a great chance for working at DSV it such big company with many opportunities to being something else. Working with other employees it was very great there so friendly and were working as team to do our job and help each other. I have learnt a lot in DSV delivering parcel give the client to sign invoice when delivering and collection of parcels and communicating with clients. There was nothing that most challenging, the thing was work hard to finish all deliveries on time.
