My company experience has not being good in relation to promotions and progress. But have learned a wealth of experience from my work and majority of my close colleague are good people.

Depends on department and job title

I was on learnership for a year earning 3200 per month, then I was on internship earning 4600 per month, contract expired was placed under Agency BluAdcorp earn 40.50per hr for 2 months.

Excellent working curve

I am a young guy looking for employment with the goal of growing and the mission of being thee best in what i do and where i am.we do collections and arrange deliveries to clients and also ensuring that drivers are not late for appointments and that they are well trained of FICA.

Pros: opportunities are there only dependant or measured by ones performance and dedication supported by loyalty to and within the company at large
Cons: we are over worked but under paid for the efforts and time invested to the company

Great experience gained

Good day I work 9.5 hours a day, Capture time sheets weekly overtime report capture once a month filing , once a week My relationship with my colleagues are good , we work as a team and make sure the work is done, we have our own task to carry out and meat deadlines, but always make sure that the work is done in ones presence. I have learnt that as much as we are a team , at the end of the day i should ensure that my work is done to the best of my ability in case i need to answer on a report or times incorrectly submitted. The most challenging part of my job is having to escalate Branch managers , but i realized that i too have a job to be done, so if it take escalating that is what i will do,

Learning new things.

Its fun for me coming to work, I get along with most of the people, my job is very hectic cause I must always deliver good service to my clients, I enjoy leaving the client happy and satisfied and to come back to do more business with us. the most challenging is when we have hive volume of calls, with irate clients.

Is it only work

Team meeting, timesheets, production, daily checks, forklift ckecklists, houskeeping, maintaining audit requirements, stock counts, customer queries, updating reports, verifying stock accuracy

Excellent

when i come to work i know i have to be pepered for the day...I have to check the delevers that the is no shortage I had a great relationship with ma co-workers because i am a friendly person I learn how to communicate with people and you have to love your job and respect it also respect the people you Work with and you have to be ob time at work THe was no challegenges i wont lie,i enjoyed a lot to work there but i decided to resign and go back to school to finish up my studies.

I have learn so much at Dsv ive learned how to do filing .printing typing and how to handle the situation how to communicate with other and its good to workin a big company because im learning many things
