Excellent opportunity to work in a corporate environment
The company has a good foundation and the benefits are great. Staff members are always Jovial and motivated to achieve their best. We all work hard but also make time to chat to one another and team build which keeps us happy as staff and happy to come to work everyday. Being in the company for 12 years I have learnt a lot ie, admin, intergerity, responsibility and also to be self efficient and work independently. The most challenging aspect sometimes is client satisfaction because sometimes it's very hard to please some clients but due to training and having so many years of experience it keeps me motivated to always achieve the most satisfying outcome for the client and the business.

My company experience has not being good in relation to promotions and progress. But have learned a wealth of experience from my work and majority of my close colleague are good people.

Day to day duties
What makes me like my job to supervisor and monitor people is that I make sure daily before I leave that all my duties have been completed accurately and everyday I come to work with smile knowing that everything is in order and my co-workers are always asking did come to school for this job, have you been in this field before and I simply telling them that to enjoy your job you must first love yourself and love your job also. not that all the time things run smoothly as I want I also do find the challenges mostly to find out that is month end we have new clients and they need their stock to be delivered on time and all our truck are loaded I phone them in time to ask them to reschedule the booking before they can ask where is the truck.
Pros: yes but not as usual
Cons: i am in a distribution department where as i dont have the knocking off time, i perpare myself daily to work overtime when requested.

New experience
My job is fast past in a highly stress environment. I tend to work great under pressure and I enjoy working with my team but is capable of working on my own. I am very energetic and always approachable at work, I enjoy helping other where I can.

It has been a great kearning curve in the logistic industry
I prefer to plan my daily tasks and if anything changes and need to jump in and assist, I am willing to asssit, as I prefere working closely with my co workers as I always learn new things that they also do in daily basis

Hard working individual
I believe that my success was due to the fact that I always respected Policies and Procedures within the working environment. Respected all employees within the working environment and understanding what the Vision of the Organisation was which assisted my commitment levels as well as dedication. Teamwork is also one the success criterion’s which I have adopted through the time within the working environment. Working hard, to be the best at what I do. Ensuring customers are satisfied with service rendered by company working for. Embracing change and willing to learn every day

Learnt a lot
UTI was a great company to work for. Learnt a lot in a short time. Same when DSV took over. Learnt to work on different systems which is always a great challenge and fun.

Growth
My day at work is fun yet challenging but the is never a dull moment. Just when you think you got a whole of our job for the day things change just like that " irate client". Much its very difficult to get along with everyone, I trust my best to. I have learned that when am at work its not about me but to give the best service to the client. I enjoy it when I get to give the service to client and you can hear that he is happy with the service. Challenges I face everyday on a typical day is those client no matter how you try but never satisfied. But I know its part of my job
