challenging working with different client as I work face to face with them most clients they demand and expect you not too follow procedure my relationship with my co workers is good they like my family I enjoy solving query with positive result.
Pros: the more you study the more youll get promotions..always ready to learn to new thing.
Cons: we only work 8 hours a day

LEARNING
I’m self-motivated, with energy and enthusiasm for great results. I love working with a team and achieving goals. Being professional, listening actively and being part of the solution are vital when I work in a team, and I believe this is a real strength of mine — the ability to get along with different personalities. However, I am willing to learn more skills pertaining to my course. Hence, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills through my studies, other extramural activities and the learnership program, and consider myself as a good team player.

Good work team mate
was good company anyway that was treating employees in right manner but for me I was not seen future to work with them as was nothing that will equip me with more experience as that kind of job i was doing was not corresponding with my qualification.

Working for a global company it was a dream come true
I've learned a lot working in a group as a team, communication improved and gaining new skills. Most of all multitasking was one of those skills one needs to master. Working on different tickets and project makes a job more interesting and challenging

Am driving slow near to curve
Me am shadrack mabasa am born at malamulele limpopo am aperson not driking beers i like work very hard and i like to be at all the time and i dont like to fight at work when is busy time to work and before i starte to driver i check water oil lights if is working alrite to some breaks if is working

Excellent vast experience
I am a dedicated person and hard working . I a had a great chance for working at DSV it such big company with many opportunities to being something else. Working with other employees it was very great there so friendly and were working as team to do our job and help each other. I have learnt a lot in DSV delivering parcel give the client to sign invoice when delivering and collection of parcels and communicating with clients. There was nothing that most challenging, the thing was work hard to finish all deliveries on time.

Growth
Its great working at DSV I have learned a lot and it has given me a lot of experience. I have learned the systems used in production and that the work gets easier and we become productive when we work as a teams.

Change from what I was use to
Start day opening up offices, listening to complaints on parking or air con, capture data, check on stock for office. Make sure all vendors are paid & that invoices are captured correctly, answer calls. Challenging part is not having a challenge or goal to reach

It was a great experience for me on how to manage time and always meet the company requirements
Working for such big company was of course putting me under a lot of pressure but having a great team that I had could not have asked for a better way for learning and understanding more about the job. Time management is the key to the work and determination . As we all know the work has it's deadlines which must be met well working under pressure and having to properly communicate with clients over phone and emails and succefully meeting the given deadlines .
Pros: The company is an International recognized with great opportunities for me to be employed by different Companies
Cons: The long hours would be twelve hours a Day
