Excellent learning curve

Direct Axis has taught me very well because when i came there i didnt have any call centre experience,but they put me on a 3months training,i got to learn from the financial industry,how to communicate telephonically,online with the customers,i got experience from all of that,was well experienced with the computer,telephone,how to deal with customers behaivour.My workers were all friendly,including my Team leaders they were always helpful when you needed help,i enjoyed helping the customers and working with my collegues my challenges were we have to make targets per day so i couldnt reach my target,sometimes customers couldnt pick up their phones,sometimes we were changed from different skills,it would be difficult to reach your target.

Good communication skills

Assisting customers with personal loans by completing application form telephonicly starting by checking meeting the minimum requirements then processed with the whole application process then submitte to receive the outcome if it's approved discuss the loan agreement contract which financial details then request necessary documents give customers the correct details how to send document.

I have good communication skills. I look up for everyone and am a good team player and I work more effectively as a group. I meet all my targets on time and am a very good helper and know how to handle pressure at all timesa very kind individual

the best in credit loaning and best opportunities to grow and obtain skills have a great relationship with co workers and enjoy the staff and the inventives driven i took classes to go to computer school

Good learning experience

Direct Axis is a great company to work at, I've learnt a lot on how to be complaint, follow company's SOPs, how to understand the client and provide an excellent customer journey. I've grown and understood the importance of the work that I do. The environment as a whole was wonderful to work at. I've worked with different ethnic groups and it made my understanding more wider, opened my eyes about other cultures. I've made friends. The support, the training provided to employees is wonderful.
