Great working experience

My work place is a target driven working environment and working as a team is an absolute joy. A typical day day at work starts with motivational meetings and ice breakers to get us in rge mood for the day. My team mates are not only my colleagues, but we developed a friendly/family relationship and we advise each other and help one another need be. I've learnt to be accepting of each other's differences, enjoy and learn from each other's strong points and work hard in building each other. Waking up to be at the office becomes easy when you have a light and friendly work space where you don't feel like an employee or part of the furniture, yet your input and opinion is valued. Challenging aspect of my job is the distance an lack of transportation to and from work as theyou only form of transportation is by train. That had massive delays due to vandalism.

Good company to work

For the past 3 years, i have learnt how to not only speak but interact with people that have various personalities . Making targets and just interacting with my team I have learnt that not every cleint ia easy to deal. I was taught how tp adapt to changes,etc , systems , product knowledge, new people and wih each of these experience i have taught myself how to change. Most difficulty situation that i have experienced , was not ones that has altered me in a way that i can make mention of.

Good communication skills

Assisting customers with personal loans by completing application form telephonicly starting by checking meeting the minimum requirements then processed with the whole application process then submitte to receive the outcome if it's approved discuss the loan agreement contract which financial details then request necessary documents give customers the correct details how to send document.

Pros: Culture of the company
Cons: Shifts including weekends

Good learning experience

Direct Axis is a great company to work at, I've learnt a lot on how to be complaint, follow company's SOPs, how to understand the client and provide an excellent customer journey. I've grown and understood the importance of the work that I do. The environment as a whole was wonderful to work at. I've worked with different ethnic groups and it made my understanding more wider, opened my eyes about other cultures. I've made friends. The support, the training provided to employees is wonderful.

Excellent growing environment

the best in credit loaning and best opportunities to grow and obtain skills have a great relationship with co workers and enjoy the staff and the inventives driven i took classes to go to computer school

Excellent learning curve

Its such a dynamic working enviroment, awesome co-workers. Even though i deal with irate customers each and everydag its worth it the end of the day, what i have is that to be able to survive in my kind of work you need to grow a thick skin and be very attsntive to detail

Experience

I am employed as a loans specialist But I am skilled on many things I have gone for training and have experience on other roles in the company aswell My role or my daily role involves assisting customers and making sure they get a great experience It is good company to work in but I feel that their is little growth for me I'm looking for something else because I feel that IV learnt all I can at this company Looking for a new experience in a new environment with other challengers

I want to grow professional

I am a young professional who has a huge interest in growing a career as a business analyst. I hold a national diploma in IT majored with business analysis. I have also completed a a BA foundation programme at FTI. I also have 1 year experience as a BA intern. I have a knowledge of VB, Oracle pl/sql, html, c++, Visio. I am known for being a detailed oriented, an organized person with good time management , I can work under a lot of pressure and never miss any deadline

Good company culture

Very good organisation. Care for their people. Great opportunities. Allowed to make mistakes Great company culture Leadership is very much involved. High ethics organisation i have ever worked in.
