Stepping stone to grow in all aspects of life
Good place to work but needs a lot more concern about employees . A lot of bias in departments however a general good environment to work in . I personally grew there both professional and socially. Can do better than just being a company to be a stepping stone in moving forward in life and being a actual example for a career in finance and credit .

Good company to work
For the past 3 years, i have learnt how to not only speak but interact with people that have various personalities . Making targets and just interacting with my team I have learnt that not every cleint ia easy to deal. I was taught how tp adapt to changes,etc , systems , product knowledge, new people and wih each of these experience i have taught myself how to change. Most difficulty situation that i have experienced , was not ones that has altered me in a way that i can make mention of.

Very good organisation. Care for their people. Great opportunities. Allowed to make mistakes Great company culture Leadership is very much involved. High ethics organisation i have ever worked in.

Learworking at Direct Axis was good the environment was health and also tge co workers were very positive all the time and you felt lije you are at homening opportunity

Excellent learning curve
Excellent to work at Direct Axis, their work culture is perfect. Challenging aspects of the work is to sell the embedded products, but it's easy if you know how to handle objections.

Excellent learning curve
Its such a dynamic working enviroment, awesome co-workers. Even though i deal with irate customers each and everydag its worth it the end of the day, what i have is that to be able to survive in my kind of work you need to grow a thick skin and be very attsntive to detail

Excellent learning curve and growth
The management and staff are very supportive. Your mental health is important to the business and you also grow within the business. Working at a Financial Service Company was an eye opener for me because it has taught me how to be financially savvy and improve your credit score. At first I thought I was not going to survive due to the pressure but with the support that I was receiving from all levels I became greatest

Excellent learning curve
Direct Axis has taught me very well because when i came there i didnt have any call centre experience,but they put me on a 3months training,i got to learn from the financial industry,how to communicate telephonically,online with the customers,i got experience from all of that,was well experienced with the computer,telephone,how to deal with customers behaivour.My workers were all friendly,including my Team leaders they were always helpful when you needed help,i enjoyed helping the customers and working with my collegues my challenges were we have to make targets per day so i couldnt reach my target,sometimes customers couldnt pick up their phones,sometimes we were changed from different skills,it would be difficult to reach your target.

Good communication skills
Assisting customers with personal loans by completing application form telephonicly starting by checking meeting the minimum requirements then processed with the whole application process then submitte to receive the outcome if it's approved discuss the loan agreement contract which financial details then request necessary documents give customers the correct details how to send document.
