I am excelling in any admin work because of my studies coupled with my work experience.
My Review First thing is to open the court check if the equipment is in order Preparing Court book for the day,it's a Court diary I have a very good relationship with the public, I help them with their queries and claims I enjoy my job because I get satisfaction for knowing that I helped a person with a smile on my face. Image is everything to me, and first impressions lasts. I am proud of myself cause people complement me even outside of work, telling me that I have helped them. The most challenging part for me is when a person with a good heart is taken advantage of by criminals.
Pros: learning new things such as dealing with different characters everyday some are similar some are very different

A warm greeting my name is Joel Vuma I’m applying for this position because feel confident that I do have it takes. Currently I’m working as Admin clerk, I have been working in this position since march last. I’m a hard-worker, self-motivated and effective. Pros: as am blind but i can operate the computer and answer the telephone and transfer calls and i can also travel alone with the stick
Cons: everything is great but i feel like i need a challenge and spread my wings to other ventures were i would get a chance when it comes to growth regardless of my condition

Best Experience Ever.
I was one person who my supervisor can rely on. I had a good interpersonal relations with all my collegues. If they where shortage of stuff i was there to fill the gab. The office will be able to run smoothly despite shortage of stuff. If need be I also assisted as a switchboard operator. And also help at achives to draw files for the public.

Excellent learning opportunities
A public servants pride is the fulfilment of servicing the public at large on a daily basis and promoting the batho pele principles. The system of leading from one process to the next evolves from being a team player and acquiring an excellent working relationship with fellow colleagues. An excellent working opportunity that comprises of many challenges which is evolved by adopting ones own system in reaching finality. Priority being given to succeeded and excelling in any task assigned to one. Having a passion for the interests of the any subject matter and concluding any task with obtaining the content of the one requiring assistance is of paramount importance.

Good communication skills
making sure that the community is being assisted according to batho pelo principles. the people a was working with they where very funny and supportive I learnt how to cope at work and how to deal with challenges the challenging thing was how to approach with people who are difficult.
Pros: they where a great opportunity for me to work as i was willing to work alone under pressure. and the people where so in love with my job they wantef me to stay unfortunate it has came to an end.
Cons: i was working for 8 hours that's means from 8to 4:30 and lunch was from 1:00 to 2:00

Compliance experience , stake holder relationships, difficult client
Working at the master of the high court we endure while the client has access to us they are demanding and constantly complain. I am one of hardest working employees and most helpful people. I am also very job knowledgeable and apply alot of ny civil knowledge in my job to assist clients who are also attorneys who fail to have the legal knowledge or lazy to apply same.
Pros: No working at home or weekends, typical 9 hour day job.

Hardworker
Opening files and give court dates,relationship with co workers perfect learnt to do things on my own not realling on someone else to do it for me ,what I enjoyed so far is doing enquiries between both parties and get them to make an agreement. What is so challenging is when you explain the procedure and people want to do things their ways,sometimes you get insults from respondent parties and you have to calm down and not take them personally lastly reaching deadlines

I work effective in a team environment and very accurate.
