Working in finance is one of an amazing environment for me and i am enjoying every moment of it
it is one of the amazing ,learning environment where you come out as a new developed person everyday. The interaction and co-operation with my co-workers is also out of this world where one is always looking to get to work each and everyday. I have learned a lot of things respect, working hard, management skills both time and personal one, team playing. working underpressure and I enjoy the fact that one is given an opportunity to exercise his/her ideas, skills and getting to work closely with the supervisors and learn a lot from them. The challenging thing is working with people that comes with different attitude where you need to face them everyday but I manage to handle them
Pros: yes there is opportunity for growth
Cons: the working hours are good you get to cope with them and still be able to come back the next day fresh as ever

I am a fast learner
With my successful daily work and performance appraisals I earned from the Department I am working for, I am proud to express myself as a dedicated and committed person who is easily to adapt to any changes. I have good interpersonal skills. I have done ND in Electrical Engineering - heavy current with one year Electrical experience and 10 year experience in the field of Administration (Supply Chain Management and Fleet Management – Transport) and I also have NQF level 4 in Project Management with one year Project Management experience. I am striving to find an opportunity to put my engineering theory and management experience into practice. I believe that this job can help me to boost my professional potential and gain necessary knowledge. I am also a student at Damelin College, course study – Supply chain and logis.

Planning , organizing and controlling skills
•Capture payments ,journals and debts on BAS; •Handle all payments enquiries; •Responsible for Assets Management in the office •Manage salary deductions on Persal •Work in a team ethical behaviour •budget section is interesting section •gives closure on the budget of the office •on how much to spend and do not exceed the limit •the challenge is you have to balance at all times

I am excelling in any admin work because of my studies coupled with my work experience.
My Review First thing is to open the court check if the equipment is in order Preparing Court book for the day,it's a Court diary I have a very good relationship with the public, I help them with their queries and claims I enjoy my job because I get satisfaction for knowing that I helped a person with a smile on my face. Image is everything to me, and first impressions lasts. I am proud of myself cause people complement me even outside of work, telling me that I have helped them. The most challenging part for me is when a person with a good heart is taken advantage of by criminals.
Pros: learning new things such as dealing with different characters everyday some are similar some are very different

Pros: as am blind but i can operate the computer and answer the telephone and transfer calls and i can also travel alone with the stick
Cons: everything is great but i feel like i need a challenge and spread my wings to other ventures were i would get a chance when it comes to growth regardless of my condition

Best Experience Ever.
I was one person who my supervisor can rely on. I had a good interpersonal relations with all my collegues. If they where shortage of stuff i was there to fill the gab. The office will be able to run smoothly despite shortage of stuff. If need be I also assisted as a switchboard operator. And also help at achives to draw files for the public.

Excellent learning opportunities
A public servants pride is the fulfilment of servicing the public at large on a daily basis and promoting the batho pele principles. The system of leading from one process to the next evolves from being a team player and acquiring an excellent working relationship with fellow colleagues. An excellent working opportunity that comprises of many challenges which is evolved by adopting ones own system in reaching finality. Priority being given to succeeded and excelling in any task assigned to one. Having a passion for the interests of the any subject matter and concluding any task with obtaining the content of the one requiring assistance is of paramount importance.
