Good at analysing

I need to do my admin everyday and make follow up with cases that I worked with a day before, I normally give my matters 5 days to do a follow so they are always programmed according to dates. Then depending on the cases I investigate on the particular time sometimes after doing my admin I will then go do my field work until the afternoon. I am in charge of the section as an investigator so my subordinates depend on me to assist with cases that are complicated and in some instances describe legal terms to them in simple language as I familiar with the terms through my experience and because I am at the late stage of completing my degree in law. I have learnt that as an investigator I need to keep and make contacts wherever I go as they come in handy in my work environment. Part of my duties is to trace defaulters for maintenance and at some stages its very difficult to trace them when they are self employed or working informal jobs

Pros: You learn new thing everyday and becuase law is not static
Cons: Need to be flexible there is no time to start work and there is no time to knock off

Excellent,dependability

•My work style is extremely flexible – working on so many different projects requires me to be adaptive. In general, I try to work on one project at a time, working as quickly but efficiently as possible to achieve the highest results. All of my projects require collaboration, so I use the team environment to check for errors. I am a perfectionist and a driven worker, and I think my clear communication skills allow me to bring out the best in any team, in any project.“I had an excellent professional relationship with my co workers, which gelled quite nicely with the company environment. People assisted one another. We worked as a team to solve problems and learned new skills to reach our team objectives.” “I made some good friends for life, who today can vouch for me on a professional basis.“

Pros: Make a differenceMany people go into government to get that much-desired balance of bringing home a nice paycheck, getting great benefits, and having the chance to make a difference. There may be no better place to give back than through government service. Every job, in its essence, is intended to help our country and our world in some way. On the other hand, choosing this path can be tough if you are the kind of person who needs to see immediate results in order to be fulfilled. Real, lasting results are sometimes slow in the making. The process of getting things done takes patience, perseverance and a positive attitude
Cons: Government managers understand the value of continuing education for their employees, not only to consistently improve the skills of the people already in government, but also as a way to entice people to apply for positions. The government offers excellent training and development opportunities and has human resources personnel to help you connect with these opportunities and choose which courses are right for your career path.

Working at the department of justice was great because since I was a student I learnt a lot about their department, they taught me many things and how its like being in the environment. I was rotated to many departments for me to gain knowledge. I did not only gain communication skills, but also I knew how to work with different kinds of people and learned how to use computer systems.

Pros: great opportunity for sales
Cons: long working hours
