Fast learner, hardworking,adjust quickly to new environment and relate very well with people.

I work at the Regional Office of the Department of Justice . i deal directly with 37 offices in the Region. I assist office with Financial Records whereby i monitor financial compliance with relevant prescripts. As a specialist in the region i am regularly consulted by offices whenever there are challenges with the system or clarity/guidance is needed in terms of financial prescripts/circulars/regulations or guidelines. Dealing with offices has taught me to deal with different personalities and a great deal of patience while service delivery is not compromised. I work very well as an individual as in a team. I am a good listener and honor other's opinions while a make firm decisions. The most challenging aspect of my job is the amount of time involved in conducting financial investigations relating to theft/fraud. I am most excited when dealing with a new challenge in the system coming to a solution,balancing a bank reconciliation with challenges after discovering the error

I have attendnd training courses and archived certificates.

I am an administration clerk typing my work each and everyday, I open new applications and capture all the work that I have done for the day on the system. i have learnt a lot of work and I love my colleagues and the members of the public that I'm dealing with. I love to help people that needs my help and the most challenging aspect is that when my colleagues don't do their work and when they're absent i have to do their work too. i am willing to work and learn everyday.

Excellent communication skills

Department of justice is a wonderful company,I was enjoying every job I was recommended to do. my relationship with the workers was amazing they wher so patienent with me that what I enjoyed most. I have learnt many things in different environment and office work,dealing with customers for witness fee,handling incoming and outgoing messages. Most challenging aspects was to be neva late for work or lunchtime have to go back on time.I loved working on department of justice.

• ISAAC IS SELF-MOTIVATED WHO SPENT HIS TIME AT WORK AND HAS PROVEN TO BE A DEDICATED PERSON. HE IS HARDWORKING ANDCOMMITTED AND ALWAS GIVES 100% TO ALL HIS DUTIES .ISAAC IS INDEPENDENT WORKER AND IS ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE HIS WORK OR DUTIES WITH VERY LITTLE SUPERVISION. • HE IS FRIENDLY ,CONFIDENT PERSON WITH EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND WORKS UNDER PRESSURE TO MEET HIS DEADLINES.HE IS ABLE TO ADAPT EASILY TO ANY SITUATION AND HAS ENTHUSIASTIC,POSITVE ATTITUDE the jealousy of employees and silly comments. As many employees we have I find it difficult of expressing myself and individually I know what are my capabilities. I have learned a lot with working with different people and working with the public and bringing them first and taking good care of them.

Productive and optimistic

•Manage salary deductions on Persal by ensuring that deductions in respect of the following are done by instating, cancelling, or refunding amounts and calculations; •Manage various deductions and implementation of banking ; •Attending to written and telephonic queries from the officials at all levels within the province in respect of salary and otherwise; •Manage debts by ensuring that all money owing by official both in and out of service are followed up so that money due to the department can be recovered; •Capture payments ,journals and debts on BAS; •Ensure that batches are checked and submitted to Voucher Control section on a monthly basis; •Defacing of documents (stamping of documents as paid as per required); •Compile and capture journals for misallocated expenditure. Prepare for submission to head office; •Request financial reports and stabs; •Handle all payments enquiries; •Ensure safekeeping of records for audit purposes

Good communication

i am currently working as Maintenance Officer, i have a good communication skills,i make the parents are understand each other to maintain the child, if the one the parent fail to pay maintenance i take him/her to court, i issue the court order, I do daily filling. we work as a group, good communication is our key to processes, everyday i learn communication skills and how to solve a problems. i enjoy to work with different kind of people. challenges we have is for the people who don' to accept their mistakes tha same time. they need the court order to accept.

Highly motivated Senior Admin clerk and former retail store manager

I work wit the public on a daily basis the office is small and you are forced to learn as many different roles as possible from domestic violence issues to procurement to finance. work 8 hours a day from 7h45m to 16h15m from Monday to Friday. the work environment is good relationship with the line manager and colleagues is excellent. working as an admin clerk; main cashier, counter clerk, scribe of the office, scribe to the case flow meetings, procurement, transport and asset management/verification. finance department I enjoy the most and is also the most challenging part of the job.

I have worked for Maintenance applications, Small claims & Registry offices. I am a capable young and energetic female with limited knowledge always willing to learn, relevant & favourable qualities to perform the job competently & effectively. I am an ambitious goal driven person who is intelligent & diligent. I believe that my expertise & qualifications in Business Management such as, financial accounting, Computer practice, Sales management, Entrepreneurship as learned at the college & my experience at Siphesonke Trading Company, Department of Justice will make me a valuable asset to your company

Good working relationship with colleques

it bis a very good environment where you work with people from different cultural,social,professional,etc ,background who come to to court with different reasons and capacities.Some being victims,offenders,presiding officers,lawyers,social workers ,expert witnesses(FOR either THE DEFENSE OR THE STATE),prosecutors,etc .All these people have different attitudes.I therefore as a mouth piece (INTERPRETER) I have the chance to liaise ,talk and interact with all during consultations and trial.It can be either side.

Pros: not a good inviroment for growth
Cons: normal working hours
