Critical resources for the project are people , finance and time. this is what a I keep in mind daily focussing while on the process on the output. Balancing management of the three above resources has been a daily challenge since co works and subordinates might not be developed to a point where they are able to manage that well in their sub project management building up to a bigger picture , I enjoy the output and the extend to which the out put contribute to the bigger picture . for me to share this joy better , I always promote understanding of the bigger picture by even the least person in the line

Excellent learning curve, quick learner and willing learn new systems

My typical work of the is to attend needs of the clients ,give support where is needed and do administrative work. I enjoy working with my co workers because we support each other. I've learnt that in every thing you do meet the deadline and punctuality is important. I enjoy working under pressure and in fast paced environment. The most challenging of the job is, you must make sure everything you do is up to date, check errors before submitting and effective work.

Pros: Great opportunity to get opportunity and be permanent

Executive secretary / Personal Assistant

Please find my application for the mentioned position, currently I am working as a Personal Assistant in department of health, Ngwelezana Hospital since 2007. I am a hard working person and I match the standard and skills required for this position. I am in excellent physical condition with the ability to work for long periods, perform heavy and multi task the job required. I have great hand eye coordination and I’m a fast learner. I have the ability to manage my time wisely and to multi-task. I have the skills to follow verbal and written directions. I am self-motivated and have the ability to work without constant supervision but I can also work well as part of a team.

Different experience

I have learnt about customer care, the urgency of matters specially when dealing with the public. I have learnt to respect authority work.with minimal supervision and solve problems.Working for a government institution has its challenges such as employees are often painted with the same brush. I have learnt to continue with work go.beyond the call of duty and learn everything there is to know

Administration course made me get into the world of office work environment

working at polokwane hospital made me realise that office work is exposure to my course as office management and technology which deals with overall office environment in large.my course has ensure good control of office invironment techniques and procedures to be followed in work environmental situation.

Excellent learning curve

Analyzing, validating and doing quality checks of the monthly route data. Providing feedback to the districts for the routine data. Conduct site visits to the facilities where the comparison of data between registers, monthly input forms and DHIS (District Health Information System). Participate in all departmental projects as deployed by the Deputy Director for Health Information Management. Organizing unit specific workshops and/or training and Ensuring that all relevant departmental staff are trained on DHIS policy and SOP. • Managing databases • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients • Preparing letters, presentations and reports I have learned to work as a team and I enjoy working with others because there is always something new that you learned from others. the most challenging aspects of the job it is when you work with people who does not have a team spirit.

Excellent learning experience

I have learnt all the aspects and duties of a Public Relations officer eg writing press releases, sponsorship letters, writing stories and liasing with the media what I enjoy most about my job is that the hours are flexible, I am allowed to voice my opinion the challenges include dealing with patients complaints

Excellent

Educating environment as challenging . Long working hours . Good relation with the Staff and good communication skills displayed evrytime . Excellent patient care all the Time putting patient life first . Including them In decision making according to Batho Pele guidlines. Patients right always explained to patients making sure that their health is being handled with privacy all the Time . Good staff development taking place where the gaps are identified for the Staff.
