Learning more about private sector
I have enjoyed working at public sector because I have learn how to use persal system capturing of leave, overtime, housing, terminations and dealing with pensions payout. relationship with co-workers when they require an verification regarding confirmation of employment it very nice. the most challenges employees they don't submit epmds , leave and terminations but I manage to solve because I did orientation to new staff and conducting training.
Pros: promotion and having a knowledge in working to private sector

I am a dynamic individual with a grown of personality, I am able to work under pressure to meet deadline. Developed and skilled
The department improved my working and communication skills, developed me to become a better and loyal employee, taught how to be professional and ethical and how to align my self with company policies. The difficult part of the job was to be expected to work overtime while is not being payed for and expected to reach targets while other employees are dragging their feets and gave me too much work load.

I have training in clinic short cources, ie.IMCI, HIV/ADIS, and TB
I can work on day shift, I have a constructive working relationship with Nursing Staff, intersectoral, interpersonal, and other members of the multidisciplinery health team. I have learnt to be independent and gained a lot of experience in Diagnosis, Treatment and Care. I enjoy to have my clients, giving health Education. The most challenge is case that needs Doctors, but I refer such cases to relevent referance.

Dedicated, determined and want to learn new things.
building the relationship with stakeholders, communicating with suppliers through email everyday, work very well with/in a group(like group work ), improvement in verbal communication, and enjoy when queries. the availability of the job is one of my challenge because you need to be available for receiving stock. the writing of annexure for every invoice is also a challenges as deliveries are many per day.
