Procurement clerk
My work is demanding and very challenging. We get to interact with suppliers and hospital. My co workers are very cooperative. I have learned to work indepently and as a team. I enjoy when I meet my deadline and always going an extra mile. Up to so far there are no challenges.

Excellent
Update and maintain employees files, new appointment, department transfer, relocations, terminations and Promotions, Working at Health ive learned to relate with people and despect, ive learned office ethics and team work. The relationship with co-workers was professional and they were so friedly and willing to assist me with everything regarding work. The most work i enjoyed is when i was doing perfomance management, giving training to employees about them, calculating and capturing them on PERSAL system. The challenging job when i was supose to write a submission after interviewing +-50 candidates to meet the dead line but ive learned and proud to pass that test.
Pros: Ive learned everything i need to know about HR and i have strong feeling that i can do my best when given a chance.
Cons: We were working eight hours a day.

i love waking every morning and coming to work because of the excellent team i work with.... working with number has been an eye opening experience of me. there a team of doctors, managers, and analyst that i love learning from...

Excellent learning curve
Good environment to learn and be exposed to interesting cases. Good people and inspiring too. Learned a lot from the hospital and empowered myself with enough knowledge to find my feet in the industry.

Good work where i learn a lot
I enjoy my work for its very challenging and you learn new things everyday.It connects me with my colleagues and form part of a strong team work,respect and skills. I got a very good relationship with my co-workers esecially my managers because we do lots of things together as per my job description,they also delegate me in most cases to conduct reviews and pre reviews(presentations). I enjoy being in control of my job(data) as expected. I have learnt lot of things and changes also challenges in a workplace or amongst ourselves as coworkers.

My working conditions
My duties make me feel like I am not growing as I should be as they are not challenging enough, I enjoy the environment that I am working under as I get to liase with different people from different backgrounds and I have a strong good relationship with my colleagues. I have learned a lot from this job though I feel that it is time for something more challenging, something that will make me grow, the thing I enjoy most about my work is that I am highly valued as I am a very hardworking individual. The most challenging aspects of my job is when there are lot of things that are urgent and I have to prioritize all of them at one time, but I always make sure that I meet all the deadlines.

Executive secretary / Personal Assistant
Please find my application for the mentioned position, currently I am working as a Personal Assistant in department of health, Ngwelezana Hospital since 2007. I am a hard working person and I match the standard and skills required for this position. I am in excellent physical condition with the ability to work for long periods, perform heavy and multi task the job required. I have great hand eye coordination and I’m a fast learner. I have the ability to manage my time wisely and to multi-task. I have the skills to follow verbal and written directions. I am self-motivated and have the ability to work without constant supervision but I can also work well as part of a team.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
Working for the Department of work needs somebody who is on their toes 24/7. It is a difficult Department to work in as it deals with peoples lives. You get complaints almost every single day irrespective of which office you are in. You need to be able to assist people by directing them to the right official, clinic, hospital or District. It is very important to know the medical terminology as to know what they are talking about. The Health Department has taught me a lot, I have learnt to work with people and also work independently, I have learnt to work under pressure, I have learnt to understand the departmental Cash flow as I am also a member of the Cash-flow Committee for the office of the Head of Health.
