I have gained experience in interpersonal relationship as I am working with different kinds of people. Management skills and human resource development as I am training on new data elements and indicators to be collected after 2 years intervals. I am a master trainer on tier.net software and help desk for the Mpumalanga Department of health on the data base we are using in data collection the DHIS. I enjoye the most when I conduct data reviews monthly and quarterly as we discuss data according the set targets and support visits in facilities where I personaly interact with the data people. Challenges has been transport as that limits my movements and that negetively impacts on my weekly plans.

It is a learning curve to work in such a big Hospital being part of the team
Giving oral treatment, doing vital signs, doing Rounds with the Doctor & carrying out doctors orders, giving Post operation care, wound dressing, Health education, teaching Breastfeeding mothers how to breastfeed, preparing patients before operations, working under direct and indirect supervision of my superiors, Referring patients to Psychologist and Social workers.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: Long working hours every. (eggs 12 hour shift)

I dont have that much an experience but i'm prepared for more challenges
everything included in accounting I'm prepared to do with, I was working as Admin Officer move to be a Finance Officer, and got a post as a Salaries Officer but now I work as a Senior Admin Officer at CAROLINA HOSPITAL (Department of Health) Mpumalanga....

To be independent
I learn lot of things in the company that I was working in, to work under pressure, even though there is a workload I manage to work. To be humble to my patients, doing paper work, manage critical patients alone and take care for my patients. I learnt how to face challenges that comes through while I am at work.

People and project management
Critical resources for the project are people , finance and time. this is what a I keep in mind daily focussing while on the process on the output. Balancing management of the three above resources has been a daily challenge since co works and subordinates might not be developed to a point where they are able to manage that well in their sub project management building up to a bigger picture , I enjoy the output and the extend to which the out put contribute to the bigger picture . for me to share this joy better , I always promote understanding of the bigger picture by even the least person in the line

Working very hard
I am a 31 year old single lady who resides in Bela Bela. Good learning curve
working with the department of health is a nice thing get to interact with fifferent race and characters, the relationship with my co workers is strictly professional and very good its a wonderful team to work with the are always supporting when it comes to work related issues. Handling of different personalities from different people, behaviour in the workplace, working as a team, controlling of finance in a organization and approach to patients or customers it is what the department have teached me alot. I enjoy working with people who love and respect their job and others in the workplace.

Excellent learning curve
I have five years experience in a supply chain management environment. I have invaluable knowledge of supply chain management, procurement principles, practices and procedures. I also have experience in demand and contract management, acquisition management, Bid administration (Bid specification, Bid evaluation and Bid Adjudication), administrative duties, communicating with stakeholders and report writing. I am hardworking, focussed and disciplined person who is enthusiastic with her work. I learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and work environments. I am a good communicator and works well as part of a team and as an individual and always sets high standards across all the areas.

Duties • To request expenditure on BAS to check the availability of funds. • Assist in the budget shifting of funds and budget reviews when some items became exhausted. • Filling all documents. • Receiving and compiling all the documents from inventory officer. • Reconcile and attach all statements accounts of the Suppliers to batches. • Adding of invoices on LOGIS (FIIN) as well as checking invoices for correctness. • Submit batches to Pre-Audit for Pre-Audit certificate before paying the Supplier • Responsible for updating payment monitoring tool. • Disbursing payment on BAS. • Attend queries and requesting Supplier's invoices statements collection
