Great team to work with

I hereby extend my application for branch manager position. I am currently working at Cashbuild as a trainee Divisional Manager. I have also studied and completed a degree in Applied Communications management at University of Fort Hare. I have extensive managerial experience and knowledge. I have good business minda and i am able to turn loss making stores to profit making stores. I am willing to move to CPT as my family is also in CPT. I would also want to improve my career aspirations.

Excellent

I'm an innovative person like to work as a team and my experience at the company was excellent but the most challenging thing is to to deal with starbon people but I finds it exiting because it was like a mission to accomplished to me.

€¢ Procurement Admin

As a procurement Manager you do everything, from filing, admin and change request, checking advertising leaflet. Co-workers are nice to work with also help each other. Treatment depends on whom you are! A very Autocratic management style. Analysing data was enjoyable. Great retail experience I gained. A very challenging environment.

Pros: No, oppotunity for growth
Cons: Always busy and no time for planning

Hard worker

I'm a hard worker , I always maintain a good relationship with my colleagues and management. Cashbuild employed me as a General assistant after a month they promoted me to be a cashier after another month they promoted me to be a receiving admin clerk. There is a growth at Cashbuild.

Pros: Cashbuild is one the companies that promote growth
Cons: There is no time to rest in holidays and even on weekends

U can learn a lot

It easy to work everyday you pack shelves and they must be full so when customers come they see what they want. I am easy and friendly with my co workers and I learnt a lot because everyday you meet knew people. The vibe and u don't always concentrate on one thing you do many things there.

Great growth aspects love learning

Solving supplier queries. Clearing aged documents. Staff one on one's for daily process. Working with different people who comes from different backgrounds and has different views on life as a whole. Life teaches you a lot you just have to listen and pay attention. My challenges are getting all suppliers paid in record time and solving problems before the month end rush.

Hardworking

I am a hardworking, dedicated person I get along with all cultures and genders. I have learnt allot over my 8 to 9 years in finance. Most challenging is to manage time everyday. This i set up a timetable every week

Pros: Great opportunity for bonus as we work on projects to get bonus
Cons: I can't climb the ladder as I can't report to family

Good communication skills, hard working, sales driven,

Open store in the morning. Check.emails and reply. Do spot checks and review all previous days admin. Operating 27 staff members and making sure instructions are hiven out and fulfilled. Like any other big company there will a discrepancies with staff which I must sort out in the properly manner. At least working for big corporate companies you learn alot. Have alao done training threw SETA, completed NQF 4 and NQF 5 on leadership skills and business management, HR, introduction to management. Challenging aspects is to drive sales and make sure budgets and targets are met
