Great team to work with

I hereby extend my application for branch manager position. I am currently working at Cashbuild as a trainee Divisional Manager. I have also studied and completed a degree in Applied Communications management at University of Fort Hare. I have extensive managerial experience and knowledge. I have good business minda and i am able to turn loss making stores to profit making stores. I am willing to move to CPT as my family is also in CPT. I would also want to improve my career aspirations.

U can learn a lot

It easy to work everyday you pack shelves and they must be full so when customers come they see what they want. I am easy and friendly with my co workers and I learnt a lot because everyday you meet knew people. The vibe and u don't always concentrate on one thing you do many things there.

Great growth aspects love learning

Solving supplier queries. Clearing aged documents. Staff one on one's for daily process. Working with different people who comes from different backgrounds and has different views on life as a whole. Life teaches you a lot you just have to listen and pay attention. My challenges are getting all suppliers paid in record time and solving problems before the month end rush.

Excellent learning curve

I am a hard worker , self discipline, punctual, fast learner, good team leader and manager, excellent motivator and always eager to learn and reach sales targets

Pros: The company has a good structure for promoting staff
Cons: The challenge is long hours that management works which sometimes can be 15 hours a day, the earliest is 12 hours

I'm a hard worker

My review is to make sure that the company I'm working for is growing in terms of production and I must treat the company as my own to make sure that we get more customers.

Pros: My pros of working for this company is to doing right first time and to make sure we followed the instructions of the company
Cons: I will give 100 percent afford I will make sure i work long hours it is necessary, and i will make sure i learn more jobs in terms of growing in the company.
