learning curve

Cashbuild has groom me as a person ,I got there with no experience but now I have learned to tackle different task, sometimes its very challenging to deal with day to day problems but I've learned to deal with challenges in a smart way,I always take a deep breath to keep calm ,I'm currently working as goods receiving supervisor, but I also take part as a people's person ,people's person is to make sure u deal with staff problems and management and customer complaints and that is very challenging but I handle that very ,when I'm irritated I always breath to calm my self ,we deal with staff absenteeism, taking minutes for both forum and care meetings ,disciplinary actions.

Fast learner

I am fast learner and I am willing to go extra miles and I am a hard worker. I am a good team leader or supervisor who makes a team to win. I am enjoying solving the problem and make sure that no customer complaints.

Good learning curve

You must be friendly and willing to assist or help customers to the best of your ability and satisfy they needs. You must be physically fit to work for hard long hours. It also requires you to be able to speak or understand other languages, as we deal with different people that speak different languages. It also requires your full physic of your body. You must look presentable to customers at all times. You must be able to know all the different products that are in stock or at the shelves so that you can tell or know what a customer is looking for specifically, whether it is available at the shop or not, or we have something similar to it.

Better offer

Im a good communicator ,I really love working with customers and im willing to train positions i can also work overtime. Im very passionate and I love helping my colleagues and my manager when the is a load of work

Learning curve

You work hard and then their friends come and take up positions that they don't understand and still get increases and performance bonu. To are spoken to in rude ways. Infront of everyone. You are hurt and crying is seen as weak. Nobody cares about your family that you have to leave your kids without food till 11 at nightses

General Assistant.

I am currently a General Assistant at Cash build my typical work includes assisting and interacting with customers a lot, receiving stock, order stock and inventory on hand etc. as written in my CV. I am currently learning a lot and I enjoy the most helping customers. My relationship with my core workers has been great as we working as team to make the company going forward ,the only challenging matter of the job is working on weekends regularly.

I'm a fast learner and hardworking person and I've learned how to work as a team

Bad treatment and have favourite employees we must be treated equally and work as a team and they always pointed us with fingers and always give us warning letter that we didn't obtained
