General Assistant.

I am currently a General Assistant at Cash build my typical work includes assisting and interacting with customers a lot, receiving stock, order stock and inventory on hand etc. as written in my CV. I am currently learning a lot and I enjoy the most helping customers. My relationship with my core workers has been great as we working as team to make the company going forward ,the only challenging matter of the job is working on weekends regularly.

Pros: learning and gaining experience.
Cons: working on weekends.

I'm a fast learner and hardworking person and I've learned how to work as a team

Bad treatment and have favourite employees we must be treated equally and work as a team and they always pointed us with fingers and always give us warning letter that we didn't obtained

Pros: I will be glad if your company can give this opportunity to show my skill

Better offer

Im a good communicator ,I really love working with customers and im willing to train positions i can also work overtime. Im very passionate and I love helping my colleagues and my manager when the is a load of work

Learning curve

You work hard and then their friends come and take up positions that they don't understand and still get increases and performance bonu. To are spoken to in rude ways. Infront of everyone. You are hurt and crying is seen as weak. Nobody cares about your family that you have to leave your kids without food till 11 at nightses

I have been in retail over 20 years and I'm learning on daily basis.

I am working with amazing people and are learning new things about myself everyday. I am comfortable to speak on all levels and my job requires that I communicate with every person in our organisation. This is a fast paced industry and for the sake of the customer service I had to change my method of managing staff, inventory and customers alike. I've learned new systems and have a wide spread knowledge of the products Cashbuild provide.

Pros: Has great possibility for growth
Cons: Negative customers and constant threads for high up the management chain

Excellent learning curve

As a retailer type of industry everyday is quite a busy day not only just serving customer, surving suppliers also maintain workshop standard. My relationship with my colleagues is well as I get along with everyone being part of the workforce has thought me so much interms of communication and people understanding and the what I enjoy the most is to see a customer satisfied with my service and the most challenging is to deal with an difficult customer.

Productive and educational

Cashbuild mabopane has about 38 staff members, we are one big family forming a very good team,in providing excellent customer service. The commitment,love and passion is there,and what I have learn most is that no matter what you do always keep the customer first,because they are the reason your working. Retail is a very complex and challenging environmemt,which requires lot of energy,strength and jard work

Able to learn other fields

Able to learn other fiends but not enough time to spend with family long working hours. The staff and management are well trained. Good communication skills and and grow as an individual. Can communicate your personal issues with super visor and or management

Worked for company for 20 years. 12 years on Management position

Ii i i started working for cashbuild the year 2000 till 2019..12 years on Management position. Worked very well with customers and stafff.. learn how to make profitable market share.
