Great experience gained and good customer relations.
Cash crusaders is one of the most challenging companies i have ever worked for. Customer service is key to the success of an individual, especially sales personal. The fact that as a sales personal, you have to sell both brand new and second hand stock, of which some have to be demonstrated to customers is very challenging. Some demo's can give a sales person a hard time especially second items due to the condition they were bought in and some of the brand new stock come in faulty from the head office, and customers do not really have the patience and time to wait for another demo, should ever the 1st one be faulty. That takes away time as we are trained to close deals efficiently and quicker so that we can move to the next one and reach our targets on time, whilist satisfying the customers as well.
Pros: Promotion is there, but as a sales person, you can generate more money than buyers, assistant managers and even the manager, through your commission even though the basic may not be much compared to the above mentioned.
Cons: Working on weekends and holidays, no staff recognition events or team building gatherings outside work.

Learn everyday
I get to meet different people , good relationship with my colleagues,since I have been in the company for 8 yrs some of my colleagues are like family to me .It is a busy store ,answering phone calls, dealing with frustrated customers who can't afford to pay up their loans can be draining emotionally sometimes and that makes me to realise it is hard out there ,people are really struggling and to thank God that I'm still working , I can pay my bills and put food on the table.

Learning curve
I've been working for cash crusaders tableview since 2019 July it's been good working here with good team work good management with good customer serve customers are very sensitive and difficult to work with but whati learned a lot from them they have been taking out the best out of me.

I have achieved all my goals over a long period of time in the position I hold. I have been a major profit contributor to my current company. My strengths are development of employees to maximize performance. My strategic planning has always been in line with maximizing profits.
Pros: People development.

Working as a team and always on time
