Great experience

Since I was unemployed as a student they gave me an opportunity to prove myself in the working field. I loved it and I had a great time. I have learned a lot.

Pros: I enjoyed working for the company although I used to find my manager was illiterate. He gave me a lot of challenges that I used to enjoy. Without him knowing
Cons: If the ask us to work longer hours it's fine with me or an extra day.

Good exposure of handling stock

I am a self­ disciplined and principled individual who believes that success is achievable when one accepts change and is willing to face opposition in order to secure a deep thought of vision and better his views to cooperate governance in whatever field one embarks. Excellent in Coaching, mentoring, leading. Vast knowledge in training, Industrial Relations.

I have achieved all my goals over a long period of time in the position I hold. I have been a major profit contributor to my current company. My strengths are development of employees to maximize performance. My strategic planning has always been in line with maximizing profits.

Good work experiance

Working there has taught me a lot about customer service. I deal with different people everyday I have have patients, know how to handle complaints, to be a good negotiator and to motivate my team. Working hard and under pressure to reach target s,pushing my team to do better. I enjoy working with people and mostly sharing ideas together The company itself has made me grow and I am thankful for that.

I am working at Cash Crusaders as a part time.

I work as sales person giving customers the warm welcome as they enter the door I make them feel at home.I have study sales & able to practice it as I am dealing with customers daily.I met different customers & get to to know them better at times you get to meet difficult customers and you have to be polite and listen to them and let the customer vent if you cannot able to solve the problems you call your superior. I want to meet more people and work with a team that is flexable.

Pros: We are currently welcoming customers from the door and show them our goods and make sure you convinced a customer to buy or get interested in the item.

Great opportunity and Learning experience

Well working at cash crusaders has taught me a lot of things with their respective daily trainings, we making sales and we help each other if one of us really needs help from employees to employer. It's a good environment and already I have good relationship with my clients including my colleague What 've learned is good communication skills, Making quotations for the clients, Data capture and and printing of stock barcodes, loading and off loading stock for clients, preventing shrinkage in the shop.

Excellent

It was a very enjoyable workplace, we were able to meet our montlhy sales target. It was a fun environment hence we were able to interact with customers and develop a good relationship with them. We were a good team that helped one another and made sure that the company doesn't suffer due to the absence of one of ours. I enjoyed working with different people and being able to meet different customers and made sure that i close the sales more especially the big ones. I had to come across challenges such as: .Dealing with an unfriendly or short tempered customers. . Dealing with angry customers who brought back an item which gave them faults or they couldn't assemble it or connect it in a correct manner.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more about retail industry and what it entails
Cons: Long working hours and less off days

It is a place to grow

It is a great company,Dealing with buying goods & loaning customers money against their goods. There are a lot of challenges as a Buyer. Your the heart of the Company.Any decision you take affects the whole shop, so you must me vigilant at all times. I learnt a lot like customer service, learn to listen & always be polite. We do floor walks, check the stock we bought, check what's moving & what's not moving.

Pros: Opportunities are there & growth
Cons: 8am-6pm

Willing to learn everyday

Making sure that u deal with every customer in a good manner and making sure that every customer you deal will come back in store to repeat the business deals. Deal with customers the way you would like to be treated use empathy. Make sure that you working in a clean and welcoming environment
