This company is good if you are starting as your first job but doesn't sustain a long term placement for staff. The owners are a strong believer of training and developing staff skills having invested massive amount of time and money to courses. However, years pass and no much changes in terms of your wage structure which makes staying at the company very difficult.

Challenging but exciting
Challenging having to make more commission and be able to convince customers to buy certain products, Be able to follow the rules and be representable,make sure that security is tight by being alert at all times ensuring there is no shoplifting

Excellent work experience
HaI enjoyed selling products and explaining how the product works, I enjoyed products knondling business transactions with friendly professionals manner my relationship with my co-workers is excellent Iam fair and honest, friendly, the treatment is equal. I have learned good customers service and how to handle pressure in a good professional way. I have also learned good customers service and time management. I have learned teamwork skills. I enjoyed merchandising and greeting customers. The most challenging is customers returning products with unfriendly manners. Or a complaints about staff members.

Great opportunity and Learning experience
Well working at cash crusaders has taught me a lot of things with their respective daily trainings, we making sales and we help each other if one of us really needs help from employees to employer. It's a good environment and already I have good relationship with my clients including my colleague What 've learned is good communication skills, Making quotations for the clients, Data capture and and printing of stock barcodes, loading and off loading stock for clients, preventing shrinkage in the shop.

Excellent senior management development
- Well structures work environment - Great staff relationships and support - Fantastic exposure serving on the EXCO board - Dealing with 150 franchisees are somewhat challenging when one introduces a new strategy and they are not like minded.

Great experience gained and good customer relations.
Cash crusaders is one of the most challenging companies i have ever worked for. Customer service is key to the success of an individual, especially sales personal. The fact that as a sales personal, you have to sell both brand new and second hand stock, of which some have to be demonstrated to customers is very challenging. Some demo's can give a sales person a hard time especially second items due to the condition they were bought in and some of the brand new stock come in faulty from the head office, and customers do not really have the patience and time to wait for another demo, should ever the 1st one be faulty. That takes away time as we are trained to close deals efficiently and quicker so that we can move to the next one and reach our targets on time, whilist satisfying the customers as well.
Pros: Promotion is there, but as a sales person, you can generate more money than buyers, assistant managers and even the manager, through your commission even though the basic may not be much compared to the above mentioned.
Cons: Working on weekends and holidays, no staff recognition events or team building gatherings outside work.

I'm a very hard worker, and a team worker, I'm very friendly and committed to my job, and I really enjoy working with people and people, I enjoy solving problems, the hardest thing was dealing with a rude customer
