I have gained experience in sales. I'm looking for new challenges

I'm very grateful for the experience i'm gaining for this company but the working conditions are not suitable for my abilities anymore. I need new challenges,new developments

Pros: There's no opportunity for promotion due to many of the staff are much experienced
Cons: The working hours are long and the fact that the salary is noy worth the hours

Excellent senior management development

- Well structures work environment - Great staff relationships and support - Fantastic exposure serving on the EXCO board - Dealing with 150 franchisees are somewhat challenging when one introduces a new strategy and they are not like minded.

Pros: Working directly with the CEO
Cons: Opportunity for growth are limited

Great opportunity and Learning experience

Well working at cash crusaders has taught me a lot of things with their respective daily trainings, we making sales and we help each other if one of us really needs help from employees to employer. It's a good environment and already I have good relationship with my clients including my colleague What 've learned is good communication skills, Making quotations for the clients, Data capture and and printing of stock barcodes, loading and off loading stock for clients, preventing shrinkage in the shop.

Good learning capabilities

I believe that as a Marketing and Sales Representative for Cash Crusaders, my energy, analytic skills, organizational abilities, and creative in tackling problems will make a positive contribution. I am equally comfortable working independently to meet company goals, as well as collaboratively as part of a team. I have always been able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and coworkers at all levels.

Leavening

Answering calls,dusting,vacuuming, sweeping,stock controlling leaning and growing daily. Working in a group and individual. I learned a lot about making sales, reaching targets, Answering calls

Work exp

. I am certain of my abilities as a sales and customer service orientated individual. I Have worked at Cash Crusaders for 4 years: A year as a salesman, and thereafter I was promoted to a Buyer/Stock controller position.

Pros: Excellent work environment
Cons: No growth prospects

Learn everyday

I get to meet different people , good relationship with my colleagues,since I have been in the company for 8 yrs some of my colleagues are like family to me .It is a busy store ,answering phone calls, dealing with frustrated customers who can't afford to pay up their loans can be draining emotionally sometimes and that makes me to realise it is hard out there ,people are really struggling and to thank God that I'm still working , I can pay my bills and put food on the table.

Pros: Learn new things
Cons: No salary raise since being employed
