Moving forward and learning

Not looked after
Although the company is a great place to learn various things such as cash flow, profit margins, as well as how many items work and their value, I do not feel appreciated for the work I do and how often I go over the top for a customer or colleague alike. Although I have learnt alot. I need more to be able to grow.

Always nice learning new stuff and different work experiences that will keeps you productive
My typical work normal starts @7h40 when I have to setup store and sort out my buyers and staff, when Co workers arrive by 8h15 they sort out the stock and we discuss the retail new price vs second market value, wot I've learnt in retail is that treat each and every 1 as you like to be treat then your path will always stay open for good business in your environment, what I enjoy most is being hands on in alota situations satisfying customer needs and giving them value for money and very important giving them a most interesting shopping experience whenever they enter the shop,most challenging aspect in such an environment is usual handling customer complaints and making sure they handled the right way.

Good work experiance
Working there has taught me a lot about customer service. I deal with different people everyday I have have patients, know how to handle complaints, to be a good negotiator and to motivate my team. Working hard and under pressure to reach target s,pushing my team to do better. I enjoy working with people and mostly sharing ideas together The company itself has made me grow and I am thankful for that.

Great experience
Since I was unemployed as a student they gave me an opportunity to prove myself in the working field. I loved it and I had a great time. I have learned a lot.
Pros: I enjoyed working for the company although I used to find my manager was illiterate. He gave me a lot of challenges that I used to enjoy. Without him knowing

Good exposure of handling stock
I am a self disciplined and principled individual who believes that success is achievable when one accepts change and is willing to face opposition in order to secure a deep thought of vision and better his views to cooperate governance in whatever field one embarks.
