I have great relationships with my co-workers, we work well together as a team and our team leader is very supportive.There is great opportinity for growth, however the hours are qute long and the salary is not ideal for the amount of work being done.

New experience
I assist passengers with making changes to existing bookings upgrading flights offering vouchers refunds or options to rebook if they're unable to fly I have a good relationship with my co workers as we were in training together and developed a bond Ive learnt how to have more patience and to sympathize with passengers I've also learnt to new things in regards to aviation I enjoy helping the passengers The moat chanllenging part of this job is the different shifts and the distance i have to travel from my home its difficult

The environment is good to work at but the management needs thought management skills the wowm the working hours are lomg. The raise is not there, tjere is no room for growth

Motivated after 4 & 6+ months
After 4 years and 6+ months, I still am enjoying my work at Capita. The incentive my manager set up, motivates us, keeps us competitive. I mean common hitting 15 surveys on 100% to reach the incentive goal is a bit tough, as customers have their own opinion when reading your email response. Yet you have some control on a live chat. I've learned that I am good at what I do. My manager decided I could only participate once a month and not every week, as I'm wining the weekly incentive. My team and I are like a family. Helping each and every team mate who is having a tough time getting to the top. The challenging aspects are the rotational shifts. It's okay now and then but, sometimes working 4 shifts in a week can mess one up. I would really enjoy not working weekends or working from home. I would to start fresh. Find something a bit more challenging perhaps with an nice salary increase.

I learned to manage teams. I can do data capturing. I can liaison with clients and keep performance consistent e people who would rather see you fall then rise. One leader does not care about the people who work under them

Good company adnd has a good structure to it We do receive weekend allowance and shift allowance that get paid out either the 15th of the month or the end of the month with your basic salary We work from 11am until 8pm Monday to Friday

Loyal company
I worked really hard to ensure that I will again a promotion and start a career with in the quality assurance field , I even took up a internal study programme for it however people who started 3 years later with no experience received the position while I was doing coaching for a year prior to that person starting with the company
