A good company to start out in, good training there are also some good benefits that the company offers. shifts are 9am-9pm and 10am-10pm during daylight savings

I have ability to learn fast...I like facing new challenges
I liked talking with international cuatomers given them opions aboit the service thats we were rending I also team work was one the most thing because we share ideas and helped each other. Most challenges its whereby customer consume data and i refused that they used whereby we have to give them an clear understanding of date and time of when they used it and show empathy and respect to them

Opportunities for growth within the company
Working for O2(Campaign) is very challenging because everyday i learn. The company in general has taught me alot, how to understand what customers are experiencing and its able to meet all their needs fully(Customer Journey and putting customer first) How objective handle a irate customer in a most constructive way, showing the customer the eagerness to help them but most importantly to be professional. Taking pride in serving customer equally and warm and friendly way. At work we are collaborative, we work as a team. You can always ask for assistance from any at work irrespective of the position and get a helped. And in our team we old each other accountable for the teams states and help each other if one needs. What i enjoy enjoy the most the bond I have with my co workers and the fact that the company is transparent and easy to communicate with Management eg Operational Manager and Head of OMs because they visible on the floor.

Encourages advancement
I love the job culture here. It's a great opportunity to know more about the international trade and way of business. You are exposed to new business ventures depending on your plans for the future. There are a lot more chances of promotions within moths and growth is eminent. Good and hard work is rewarded which motivates employees to work harder while enjoying their job. Working hours on the other side are draining as it is a none EE/AA company

Excellent learning curve
Its a good place to work at.They do have long hours, but its hours u will get use to. I.ll recommend any1 to work there. You will also learn a lot of things.

A new page
At my current job I am learning to work in a team and assist others more often, I implement my soft skills whilst learning new systems and new processes to follow regarding the company, I'm adapting to a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines sooner and am enjoying the constant motivation from mentors and inserting my own experience where necessary. The most challenging aspect of this job is the fact that I have to adapt to actively listening and trying to close the communication barrier as it is a UK based company so accents are different to that of my citizenship.

Excellent learning curve & gaining experience
Handling inbound calls & outbound calls. Changing tariffs & bundles Doing sim swaps Resolving customers query My relationships with my co-workers are good, no hassels they are always there to assist when I need help because theres always something new to learn and that I dont know. I have learnt more about what type of customers you will get through a regular day & how to deal with irrate customers. To stay calm and collective with difficult customers and always go the extra for customers thats what customer experience is all about . Making customers feel acknowledged, comfortable and feel at ease. I enjoy my job but sometimes its challenging because sertain customers can push you buttons

Good company
Typical work day is speaking to UK customer regarding bills, Network,Port in Port outs etc. Very difficult customer that always expect you at your best. Customers that expects you to know everything, *even things that are outside your scoup. You as the agent would still go the extra mill for exceptional customer service. My relationship with co-workers makes its a fun working environment. I enjoy going to work and I've learnt a lot from currently employeer.

Its one of the best companies to work for. Great employer treatment and awesome perks Its a huge company but you will never feel that as everyone counts and your participation is very much appreciated
